2024 Elite Tech Weekend at the Detroit Grand Prix

At Penske Automotive Group, we've created the Elite Technician Program to recognize our technicians. Every year nominated technicians within the company compete in an online test covering theory and process for maintaining, repairing, and diagnosing sophisticated vehicles. Finalists are invited on an exclusive trip where they participate in another round of testing and Team Penske activities before the overall winner is announced.
