Those PR elbow wraps do more harm than good. People start wearing those before building a solid base of strength in the triceps & when they slap on those elbow wraps, it essentially takes the triceps out of the movement and transfers a large chunk of the weight on to the chest and front delts, leading to a pec tear. Elbow sleeves are the way to go imo.
Damn that looked painful, I managed 160kg bench last year but it felt like I destroyed both triceps from doing it...took a while to recover and still haven't hit it again lol

His arms were weaker thats why he tore his pec, all your support muscles need to be strong to support your chest when lifting. Mybe weak elbows or some weakness he needs to address?
I don't get why the big dude trains so much lighter pound for pound than his mates. Of course, the dude tore his pec. He was clearly more injured than the big dude in the previous video. It was very disappointing to see advanced lifters do this crap.

If you max out the normal stacks for tricep push downs just use the stacks by the latpull downs they usually are about 2-3 times as heavy
