He says "mini" like samdu20 said. "mini" means "little rope". It's an abbreviation, so he said just "mini" to go faster.

He doesn't drive nearly as precise as Latvala on the german roads. And that says alot about Latvalas potential on tarmac, because Ogier drives incredibly well!!
