You know something......Mr bat is certainly his generation kind, by me saying that he reminds me of my dad hearing stories of the old days where Hindus, Christians and Muslims live as one in a community, no one looked at each other in difference but in love and humanity not religion or race, people back then had respect for religion and each other which is now rare in today's society, in this day and time we need to go back to Mr bat teaching and know god not religion and have respect to groom the new generation to come.thank you for this video and to Mr bat.
Lyndon, I'm a Trini living in Canada. I have always watched videos of Trinidad whenever I feel nostalgic. This is the first video of Caura I've watched...that I've learnt about the dam...never heard of it before. Plus Bat is incredibly interesting. Keep making original videos like these....real and informative
Hi I'm sorry that I'm only now seeing your comment. First of all thank you for your time. These gentlemen and others we haven't discovered are treasure chests with sharp memories and unrivaled skills. I'm fortunate to have met them.

A very informative vlog Lyndon on some of the history of the Caura valley and who better to give his narrative but non other than Mr. Bat. He appears to have a wealth of untapped knowledge and experience. Keep on mining and I am sure that you will find nuggets of wisdom that you won’t find anywhere else. I am staying tuned for the next episode.
