My luck I was never a Christian. One day I decided to find out why the Jewish people were hated by different cultures throughout history. I was surprised by the newtestament and how anti Semitic it was. Even though they push a Jewish man to a god and their religion revolves around the Jewish man, they have no love for the Jewish people except when it comes to converting them into Christians.

I am 60 yrs. old now, born and raised in the bible belt.
You have no idea how horrified I was as a child about this rapture nonsense.
I am a firm believer that God gives us signs. Recently I have been watching alot of video of people sharing their dreams about the rapture. Its really amazon how atheist and non believe will have a very similar revelation. On a secular level I have an idea of how this is going to play out. When the rapture does happen , your government is going to blame the "aliens" . As you already can see they are drip feeding you this into your mind already. When this happens the are going to blame the Christians for this and then they will tell everyone who is left to turn in their bible. Muslims and Jews are going to love this but at this time the mark of the beast will be in full effect and when you accept the mark, you wont even have a conscious anymore. I promise you that you dont want to be here my friend, that mark is going to cause side affects that you wouldn imagine

The sacrificial system was barely relevant after the destruction of the first temple' if you actually read books like issiah and chronicals' you'll see that repentance was possible directly to God without a need for a sacrifice. Never felt I belonged in any church one huge reason I left. I was let down by the faith I was born it. Makes me spiritually sick how ppl treated me.

@Iyas kelu that’s the whole point - it’s needs to be understood in the original Hebrew. When a Jewish website translates something it’s for practicality-but the English translation is NOT equal to Hebrew.
I was merely pointing out the irony in you saying that you disagreed with how he explained it - because I have usually do that in the reverse.
Regarding websites translating the words differently- yes because sometimes it’s hard to pinpoint the exact idea into English words- that is why we say I must be learnt in Hebrew. The English translation are NOT equal to the original Hebrew.
I should point out many times I have seen Christians use praises in Hebrew to prove things that are used out of context and or grammatically incorrect.
Rabbi singer is not stating his own opinions when he explains these phrases- he is explaining it according to how the Hebrew language is used in the Torah. Jewish ppl have studied the Torah in Hebrew for thousands of years - all of these studies are recorded and explained. Rabbi singer is extremely knowledgeable in Biblical Hebrew and can recite similarly grammatically structured sentences from other places in the Torah….
We Jews use an extremely high standard when it comes to understanding the Torah. Perhaps in your religion you seek j and therefore j comes before context and topics and translations. And inconsistencies perhaps don’t matter as much
We do not do that. It is very important to us to understand what we are being told in Torah and to make sure we understand each word properly - if something seems inconsistent then we must study it and make sure we understand it properly.
In addition we make sure all of the knowledge we posses is passed down through the generations - this is why we don’t see Christian arguments as credible - it has all ready been disproven so many times and is simply irrelevant to us.

Thank you Rabbi. That is one thing I never understood, was why there were no answers and no real understanding in Christianity. One week after repentance of idolatry and so many of my questions I’ve had for many years that pastors have told me we have no answers for, I’ve gotten my answers from the Torah this past week. The Rapture is a bewly fabricated idea that is injected into the verses in 1 Thes 4. N.T. Wright gives an excellent explanation of these verses in a short youtube video. The early christians had more messianic salvation view than the christians today and theirs was much more political with the replacement of the Roman empire and messianic rule on earth. Much confusion is made because of the coined term Kingdom of the Heavens, but this was a prechristian term simply meaning the kingdom of God and only Matthew uses this term. Its not the location of the kingdom but simply its source, as is all references to heaven such as "your inheretance is in the heavens" not meaning ones will go there to live but that is the source of such. Early christians believed the messiah would set up the kingdom in isreal and the hope for mankind was here on earth not in heaven. James stated every good and perfect gift comes down from above and this simply means that God or heaven is the source. Its funny but christians simply remove every prophetic fullfilment of the messiah with their Heaven and Hell beliefs.

In order to believe in the rapture or be taken up in the clouds by Jesus you would first need to believe in Jesus as the messiah. So it makes since that ppl outside of this faith would not subscribe to the teachings of A rapture when they don’t even subscribe to the NT Jewish writings of the apostles and to Jesus

You are correct that salvation is accessible to everyone. But it's their choice. Yeshua was the Messiah and those who reject him choose to do so. Scriptures clearly say he would be rejected by his own. That is what happens but thank the Lord many Jews LIKE MYSELF have learned to read the scriptures for ourselves. Greetings Tovia, Im a Christian and one time I was talking with a Jewish guy who was a fan of yours. We had a long talk but one thing he said was in the end it will all be well on the earth and it will be better here than heaven.
I'm not too familiar with the customs of your faith but this has never left my mind and I'm hoping to possibly get a response. Possibly this is not what you truly believe, I don't honestly know, but if you you believe this or something similar how do you see it being possible? We are sinful beings and even if you believe in some sort of repentance and payment for sin you would have to rid the world of sin and God would have to come into agreement with this and then God would have to completely remove the curse and then redeem this fallen world, I have no possible clue how you make it better than Heaven where God lives. Do you believe this is going to happen all the world in agreement?

So, it was cast out of Heaven, with 1/3 of the other angels. How did jealousy and pride enter their minds if they were not created with these emotions? You need to study Daniel 7 (see verses 7-8, 23-24). The Fourth kingdom is the same as the world kingdom of antichrist in Revelation 13. The antichrist is the spokesman for this composite kingdom of many nations that will persecute all believers in the end of time.
