Dude this is amazing work. I was going to do peel and stick from a designer company for clouds around the ceiling fan. That idea of clouds came from wanting to feel relaxed when coming into the room. Idk it was like you read my mind. I pays off to be calm and not rush into decor if you are just settling for less cause your stressed and want to start getting done already. After 30+ years I have gotten my easels, paints and brushes out of storage to begin painting again. Your ‘How To Paint Waves’ video was a revelation to me. Thanks for your help and inspiration. I live in Amarillo now, but spent many years in Arizona (undergrad degree from NAU in Flagstaff, law school in Tucson.) Your clouds are wonderful and authentic. I am primarily a cartoon illustrator but also do a bit of fine art. I can paint cartoon clouds rapidly but still find painting realistic clouds challenging. I keep trying and are well aware times over material creates certainty...I just need to practice clouds more....and roses too! damn they are hard! hahaha! Thanks for all you do.

And people kept saying that,"it's nice","wow, it's beautiful". You know, i don't know why they're believing in me that I can do it or why they're praising my works. I mean, my works aren't that very good. And I always wish that I could do art works like yours or just like everyone else does. And when that happens, I will probably have faith in myself that I can do it. Now that our house is under construction, I'll try this kind of clouds in one of our walls. I love the addition of the pink coloring into this ceiling mural. Did you interpret the LED lighting as it actually being the sun, or the light source? Because if so should i keep that as an idea to use windows near my sky/ceiling as the "sun", or light source when painting highlights or shadows in my clouds??

What kind of do you use? Acrilic? Interior paint such as from the hardware store? Oil paints? Never done this, been thinking of it but never thought I could achieve anything real, which is what I really like. Would love to know what primary’s or transitions you used for this. Watching your videos I was able to distringuish your bright blue sky and your white/transition color, but since there are more purple/pink/yellow/orange tones would really love to know the different color mixtures you opted to use as those bases for mixing

I took your cloud painting class, but I’m attempting the sunset effect on my ceiling. I am still trying to figure out how to make the paint more transparent. Should I be adding more water? Or is there a special additive I can buy? I’m an oil painter so paint with a water-based paint is a bit frustrating when it comes to blending.
