Like can you imagine being best friends with them and if one of them got insecure about their voice or something they would always go to you and talk to you about it. And just imagine when Ashton was first going to join the band Luke would come and talk to you about how he was nervous to meet him. And before Calum and Luke were really close they would separately go and talk to you about how they wanted to be friends and they made you promise not to tell the other one. Jesus fuck I want to grow up with them.

When people say that fans who like Luke the most are fake, I'm like no he's my favourite because I fell in love with him when he first uploaded videos to RUclips and he's just grown on me more and more through the years. It doesn't mean I don't love the others though because hell I do. Real fans save bands and real bands save fans and these 4 dudes saved me.

Fake fans aren't people who Joined recently. Fake fans are those who found out about them through SLSP, only listen to that one song, only pay attention to luke, lie about how long they've known them, and/or pretend to be a hardcore fan when they aren't. Sorry I felt like i needed to reassure everybody that feels bad because they think they're a fake fan. I've been with them for a while, but just because someone hasn't isn't what makes them a fake fan.
not necessarily slsp though: a lot of fans that joined the 5sosfam in 2014/2015 found them through slsp, but that doesn't change anything.
A lot of new fans found them through SLSP tho..

Okay so I found out about them because of SLSP since it was a repeated song on the radio and tbh I actually hated them because they seemed like a boy band and stuff and it annoyed me but couple months later I started seeing them on my Instagram time line and was like "sure why not listen to their other songs." So I did and I'm literally in love with them. I mean most people probably found them because of SLSP but I don't think that'd make me a fake fan. Does it? Calum kind of had a look like, :/ And that makes me very very sad. I feel like he felt he wasn't good enough or wasn't AS good as Luke. But, that's not true. Every one of them has talent. Every one. Not meaning to sound like a hater but I think they did that on purpose because Luke is the main vocalist. Calum is usually the backing vocals. So one has to raise his voice, the second harmonizes with him. And the end is probably cuz 5SOS are awkward turtles.

I haven't been there from the beginning. Actually when I first heard about them was in the news and they were saying 'it's the new boy band...' And stuff like that. After that I didn't like them, I even kinda hate SLSP. But then, Amnesia was out and I fell in love with them, I started searching everything about them, I watch all their keeks, old videos, covers and they got me. It's been nearly 1 year since that and I can say I'm a part of the 5SOS FAM. And I'm so pissed of with people that says we're fake fans just because we joined very late cause yeah I wish I could stayed there for them before but that doesn't change the love and pride I feel (and will) for them.
