OMG, Tina! We also go to Door County -- at least every 2 years. It is one of my Shan-gri-la's! What is your favorite winery in DCW? My favorite -- although not actually IN Door County -- is vonStiehl (it's in Algoma if you haven't been there before). If you go, definitely have some wine slush while you're there -- it is the best I've ever had!!! Second favorite winery is Simon Creek. We have always stayed in Sturgeon Bay; yet Fish Creek is my favorite for shopping. I would LOVE to live in DCW. I can never get enough of it; I could talk about it for days! Have a great time!!!
Oh that’s great! Don’t these stickers give those DC vibes?? I’ve never done those wineries but good to put on the list, thanks! I love Lautenbach and Door Peninsula wineries. We usually stay in Ephraim or Sister Bay. Haven’t really explored Sturgeon Bay much. We’ve been going almost twice a year. We always find new things to do and of course we have our must do lists also.
