I just wanted to comment to say this is a song I listen to a lot and I’m still amazed by it since I’ve been listening to logic since 2009. There’s a fun fact behind J Coles Dead Presidents 3 and what’s ironic about it is that he did not release it because Logic showed him his version which led to him ultimately not releasing it.. there’s also a video of it where they speak about it somewhere in an interview.. kinda crazy.. every time I play this song though immediate stank face 🥴.

The subject matter is still the same. This type of sound is as commercial as what he uses now. He hasn't changed, but I know his label won't let this sound get put out. It's too real and revealing. They know he speaks too much truth on these break beats.
