@@kimking2531 Hi Kim actually reading your response started thinking of my deliveries and I remembered neither of my Dr's. Even made to the hospital it was the lovely Nurses that helped my babies into this crazy world. Bless their hearts they were so pleased to have the honor and I wouldn't have had it any other way. Enjoy your weekend.
I'm always impressed with how Mr B makes the patient's comfort his top priority, and how much he praises his patients when they sit through a long procedure. He must have a wonderful bed side manner. I wish more medical professionals treated their patients so well.
Mr. B, whoever was whining about you saying “hard” needs a hobby. Speak however you want. Anyone who has an issue can mute the dialogue. The rest of us love your charming way of speaking and your homey sayings. So, compare wax to food stuffs, say people are diamonds, say that wax and skin are tough as old boots, say that eardrums are lovely and shiny, etc. but, definitely never let the trolls get to you! 😊😊😊😊
Agreed!!!! These videos would not be as fun or interesting if Mr. B didn’t have a dialog. I love how sometimes, it feels like he’s a sports announcer, and it’s so awesome to learn new things about the tools and ear health!

Not sure if you will see this comment. I am a receptionist for one of your colleagues in Cheshire Our list of patients have trebled since lockdown. Our NHS so not offer routine wax removal. My Dad came to our audiologist several times to have wax removed that was trapped due to damage done to the ear canal during an operation to remove cancer. Unfortunately our audiologist was unable to remove the wax. My Dad had to have a further operation under general anaesthetic to remove the wax. I love watching your videos. It's good to see this side of things and not the clean up after the patient has had wax removed. Keep up the fantastic job and I will look forward to watching your videos.💜
