With this project of yours if you haven’t already, try writing a master list of what reports and tasks you need to do. Sounds like you need three categories with a few bullet points in each. Can you write some of the report today, like just a template of title, summary, intro, body, discussion, conclusion. Not even writing it, just the titles and skeleton format and then maybe do the intro in a draft style?

Saying your eyes make you look like a 'crazy person'?! Mental illness has so much stigma and wtf does a crazy person look like? What exactly is 'crazy'? It's so much nicer when people aren't saying demeaning derogatory things about marginalized groups. Saying things about Jewish people or Arabs or Asians or how women are or anything like this- all things we are learning are not cool to demean even if some derogatory folks still do it. Same same in saying 'my eyes make me look like a crazy person'. thanks
