I remember watching 2017 Dega live in my moms house, and then I will always remember “His spotter Eddie De’Haunt just told me, its time to get greedy,” “OH THERE WE GO” Elliot on his side, Logano with a huge hit, Allmendinger flips, and Keslowski with such a near miss!!! Great race, with Stenhouse getting his first career win. I have to end this one way and one way only. *Well* *AJ, that* *was* *a* *Hummdinger!* Thank you for reading my very unnecessarily long comment about 2017 Talledega spring.
You need to do the biggest Rex and NASCAR year by year as since they introduced the restrictor plate racing Talladega and Daytona are nothing but crash fests.
You should do a Car Counter of how many cars involved in each wreck. I know the 1960 Grand National Big one was the biggest ever in the 20th Century (37) & the Busch Big One at Talladega 2002 is the biggest in the 21st century (31)
4:39 This is a reason why they don’t race back to the line when the yellow flag comes out. That was the stupidest idea to ever exist in NASCAR apart from the caution clock.
"do u think u can drive at 200mph closer than most people park?" That's a great way to put it. I hate when people say Nascar is just driving in a circle.
The "driving in circles" comment could only be from someone who's never been to a NASCAR race. Every other circuit racing format besides ovals is SLOWER, period, end of discussion.
8:20 it's funny see how Hamlin caused that big wreck by looses the rear, save it and just keep going as if nothing happened hahahahah Edit: 11:32 almost 10 years later, and nobody knows how the #16 of Greg Biffle miss that big one.....
Why are these commentators surprised by the wreck sometimes? Is their audio delayed? Are they watching monitors and not the race? Look at 7:37. It took a full 3 seconds for them to even catch they were wrecking.
it gave me chills too, i think cause in the back of my mind i know how much shorter driver life expectancy was back then plus we've all probably watched that le mans wreck so many times that every b&w crash is like a ptsd trigger, heh. but it was nice when they said everyone was ok.
Glad to see the Ricky craven wreck being shown. Traumatized me as a kid. Saw it from the track from pit road. Kinda barely saw it actually. Just saw the smoke.
Just awaiting that moment where every car in the field wrecks out in a single crash
It'll probably happen at a short track

Good timing, after the 15-car crash today in Texas 😂😂😂

That moment when you see a video and based on the title know where most of the races were held (in this case, Daytona and Talladega)
can u tell us more about that moment like how it felt and everything?

That last clip had me dying laughing 🤣 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I felt everyones frustration in restrict plate racing.... I love Talladega but when u take out half the field it becomes boring
I watch this AT LEAST once every morning just to get the blood flowing.
The 2019 Daytona 500 had 21 cars collected

Lots of big ones😮
Sometimes they have the big one. Then sometimes there's the huge one.
These ones are the every one.
I hated it for Petty at 2:00. That was going to be one of his last good races. He had a great car.

Welcome to NASCAR the sport where one car can cause everyone else to crash in seconds!

Sound so bad they dub in the screeching tires. Funny, when one is there, you don't hear that.
How many nascar tracks in the us and i only know 2 talladega and Daytona
When did they start with those braking flaps?

No. As seen in the last video, the 1960 Daytona 500 wrecked 37 cars on the field. It is the single largest wreck in the history of Nascar
Any drivers that push and causing a wreck should be fined easy to figure out it's all on video
The crash at 4:20 started small then everyone behind them decided to use their ARCA brakes.

2003 Aarons 499 saw Ryan Newman having a tire blowing up on lap 4 and triggered a 27 car wreck.

Yea. Left front is banged and peeled.
@@JJWolf-hb6dn Aww, lol. I think I see it now looks like he touched 33 around 0:11, maybe. And maybe even a little on the left rear I can't tell.
The one at 4:20 (nice btw) has got to be the dumbest crash I've ever seen, they are way behind the initial crash and still managed to wreck EVERYONE
Everybody slamming on the brakes. Some guys didn't see it quick enough and rear ended the guy in front of him. Happens on the highway too.
I heard it actually was a blown tire from Mike Dillon near the front
