I just want to say how much you have helped me I've been all my life overweight and I started eating healthy and your videos and I'm loosing weight thank you !! I just want to say you have saved my life ❤
This has become my daily mid-morning workout. I actually look forward to it because it makes me feel so good physically, mentally, and emotionally, both during and after. I'm 74 and had become so droopy in both body and spirit. No more! Later on in the day, I'll pick one or two other of these videos to guide. Cindy, you're a brilliant teacher, so easy to follow, such lovely energy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You've been a life changer.
I'm now 76 and still going, or more aptly quigonging. I've found that I enjoy this workout more and get more out of it if I play it at 3/4 speed so that I can really focus on the muscles involved and feel the effects in my body. Seems to me it takes more strength to do the workout a bit more slowly.
Hi! It's good that you said this should be done after a few moments up and awake and already having done some activities. Stretching like this can injure a person without having done any movement at all. So it is not waking up exercises, though it could be, I suppose, if you are already in shape. Still, best to get some warmth in one's muscles before doing them.
