And the Crest does also open the door for possible Jakumesso finishes if your oppoent has a particularly monstrous hand and you dont have mizu. Just go "fuck you here is 5 huge attacks"
The crest is not great if you’re playing the farm and arguably better version of shiranui in premium. The big issue with it is the oboro restriction, it just screws with your ability to farm before exploding into mizukaze Fuurai. The drive check of the tokens do somewhat matter for the farm deck and the crest simply denies the ability to get the drive checks easily by not allowing v shiranui to be ridden and thereby setting up easy drive check for the token. It will be good in aggro shiranui however, it can’t really burst kill as absolutely as the farm variant.
@@dragnoa.shadow it then makes the deck too predictable, a perfect opponent will then use the weak early game to punish you for having a plan too fragile.
Update: You can now use Zanki with Crest in premium thanks to a recent errata!

I suppose so, but you could run V shiranui to fuel Mizukaze
