Maybe because she has been less seen in meta lineups she is getting less used and maybe the high cost control, however she is still a really good character, her control and damage is good and is a low cost saint.

Why people dont use her? - You have to have a very fast pandora, or at least faster than opponent (faster than all opponent lineup is best). - You need an even faster Athena or kanon or kiki. - Has counters like gestalt, Camus DC, Orpheus, Aldebaran GC or even suikyo (if you dont have sapuri saga to spread the damage, when suikyo low PS can wipe your lineup).
Well, i rarely use her because her lineups always is weak in defense, and in the current PvP meta is hard to survive in those conditions, especially for f2p.

Most players don't have the ability to think about Draft or different comps from the meta, that's why most of the videos here, the fights are almost always with similar comps and similar plays. Also, players prefer to rely on damage reduction and Fuchsia and ice. The strategy is to tank damage, which isn't really a strategy. Note that in the last match, the opponent was with 4 damage reducing characters + Hashun and the DPS was Thanatos with Fuchsia, in other words, a DPS that has no damage. In summary, Fuchsia helps you not to lose in the second round, but to lose in the fourth or fifth round LOL Honestly, I don't know how there are people who can handle playing 4 years like that. That's why so many people left the game.
