I think the only reason season 2 didn’t have the best animation, was because it was rushed hard. The whole season was finished within like six months. I think, if given time, season 3 will look really good.

Nah, OPM's style isn't really J.C Staff's forte. Also, it's not only the animation that sucks, even the music and sfx. I hope they made some improvements with the staff that's going to work on S3 and give justice to Murata's illustrations.

The name is Omnidirectional Serious Punch,it’s a single punch with dozens of after images making it look like it’s coming from everywhere. When Saitama punched him in the portal he didn’t follow Garou,HE WAS ALREADY ON THE OTHER SIDE(you can even see him in the split second Garou opens the portal). The crazy thing is that he was moving so fast that he was faster than teleportation,he probably saw Garou opening a portal and ran around the moon to find the other side and punched him right back to where he was trying to scape from. Because of that this is my favorite serious move of him so far.

UPD: Besides, he never showed even a little bit of difficulty for this fight. No scratches, no injures, no yelling like if his life been in danger. Garou simply showed his moved with atomic energy radiation in atleast high hypersonic+ speed. And Saitama just "Even I can do something like this", and do it.

Honestly if JC staff is cooking with fairy tail I’m interested to see how they do one punch man. As a big fan of both series I do believe in the staff if given the correct amount of time.

He for sure can beat goku. His power is based on always growing until it’s 10x the opponents even if it’s copied like garou did. Saitama has no such thing as “full power” since he has limitless strength however you can argue the best attack he can pull off like his serious series attacks are him at full although it’s just him being serious about the fight.

So, I don't know how the powerscaling works for OPM, but Goku is considered multiversal, and has even forced himself into the future (in the anime).

Gonna post the comment here for those that want it, I feel I am well versed enough in both series to give a thorough answer to the question.
Saitama - Strength
First Saitama, currently, at his absolute most wanked extreme, is anywhere from multi-solar to multi-galaxy. That is very subjective on where you want to place him, but no higher than that.
This is due to a feat of him and garou clashing evenly creating a massive explosion, that leaves behind a void in space where stars used to be. Now this feat is somewhat contentious, but the general agreement on where it places him, is galaxy level.
For those that aren't aware, on earth there is only so many celestial bodies we can view, and the majority of those, are stars, 99% of the light sources to be specific, and are all centralised in a tiny region within our galaxy.
The other 1 percent are galaxies and nebulae, that is where the two galactic scales come in for him. If it happened to hit a nebula, then it would be a multi galaxy level feat, a galaxy obviously a singular galaxy level feat. There is also the fact that the blast could have easily destroyed more than what is shown. But that is impossible to prove on both ends.
One final thing to mention people will desperately attempt to say saitama is 4th dimensional. The 4D hyperspace gate is In and of itself, absurd. For those unaware, in Saitamas fight with Cosmic Fear Garou, Garou creates these constructs known as "Hyperspace" Gates. The importance behind this, is that a Hyperspace is defined as having more than 3 dimensions.
Now I despise dimensional tiering, as it makes the subject very unaproachable for newcomers, but as a quick explanation we exist in 3 dimensions: length, width and depth now imagine a 4th dimension, difficult because we can only comprehend 3. To make this simple, imagine the dynamic of a drawing and the person drawing it, the drawing is 2 dimensional, it cannot move on the z-axis, and us, as the 3rd dimensional beings, are both unnobservible to, and infinitely more powerful than the drawing we make, that is the general jist of how the system works.
The only way you can say the gates Garou summons are fourth dimensional, is through a naming fallacy, hyperspace CAN mean more than 3 dimensions yes. But it's also a massive science fiction term, and is often affiliated to either light speed based travel, star wars being a good example. Or in the case of cosmic garou, teleportation/portal creation. And nothing about them indicates higher dimensionality. All they are is a hole in space to travel between any 2 distances nearly instantaneously. Nothing else.
Goku - Strength - Lowball (this is for avid goku downplayers, and skip to the next segment if you don't want to read this.)
Goku on the other hand, the absolute bare minimum you can scale him to, is 104,000-1,040,000x universal by taking the lowest interpretation of the Dragon ball macrocosm being only 13 times bigger than our own universe, this is deathbattles first number for it btw. And using all of the canon multipliers for the transformations that being super saiyan 1-3 and kioken stacked on top. (The second number is due to whether or not you think grade 4, or mastered super saiyan is stronger than grade 3, which it definitely is btw, which is stated to be 10x the strength of ssj grade 1.)
Now this is me being extremely spiteful to goku, realistically, even his base massively outscales this, but first I need to touch on the common place goku downplay. The rock, the laser, and the bullet certainly haven't done his reputation any favours. The only inexcusable one to me is the bullet, but that is more applicable to supers horrible writing and consistency issues, but the general reasoning for these, is that Dragon ball characters can be compromised if they are A: known to hold back a lot, and B: are caught of guard. This is not applicable in this fight so whatever.
Another idiotic thong that people claim, is that you'd inability to withstand high temperatures and breath in space, is somehow indicative of his general competency, which I shouldn't even need to tell you is stupid.
Goku - Strength - Standard.
This is very consistent powerscaling for Goku, and is generally my approach to discussing him. In Goku's fight with beerus, by punching 3 times, they threatened to destroy the entire universe 7 macrocosm. Which contains within multiple infinite sized realms. And an arguable infinite 5th dimensional realm in the form of other world. The macrocosm is so vast, that when standing on grand kais planet, otherworld vanishes. This gives goku in base form, near irrefutable low complex multiversal (the ability to destroy an infinite 5D realm) attack potency. He becomes far. FAR stronger than this throughout super, and it is possible that by scaling to jiren, goku can be scaled to 6th dimensional, given jiren is described as transcending time itself, and in this level of power, transcending can be applied to dimensions of the other universes. But it's not something I agree with so I typically stick to high 5D for goku.

Even the season 3 trailer that is a few seconds short, which they have a long time to improve the animation, cannot be compared to one of the fight scenes in season one. Say Genos vs Saitama as an example.
