Old Fashioned.
If YunBar opens offline, it's a menu that I want to put on the first line of the menu.
It is the most famous cocktail and I personally like it.
It's made up of bourbon whiskey, sugar cubes, angostura beater, and cherries and oranges
It's a traditional cocktail.
There's a slight difference. ten thousand,
This is the recipe I found.
Recipe
Wild Turkey 45ml(1,1/2oz)
Sugar Cube 1ea
Sparkling Water 10ml(1/3oz)
Angostura Bitters 3dash
Garnish Lemon Peel & Cherry
It's made with a build, but the difference in taste depends on the maker
It takes a little skill.
First, put a sugar cube in the On the Rock Glass
I use white sugar or syrup
I think Laparche brown sugar is the answer.
Add about 10ml of sparkling water and sprinkle 3 dashes of angostura beater.
It usually puts the beat first, but I thought it was more efficient to change the order.
When muddling, it was good to make sure that the sugar melts as well as possible.
For ice, put one big ice cube in each
Bourbon whisky always prefers wild Turkey.
You can change the stock depending on the person who ordered it, but I'll confirm with this.
The garnish is also made of orange and cherry
I was impressed by the lemon peel at the old fashion house I met at a famous bar one day
I liked this one. Of course, I use Luxar as a cherry
