Correct Explaination✅ :- number of chromatid at metaphase is 2 in each chromosome in both mitosis and Meiosis..... Bcoz in S-phase DNA duplication occur due to which each chromosome of single(1) chromatid becomes of double(2) chromatid..... Which means each chromosome is now of 2 chromatid.....
So at metaphase these chromosomes of 2 chromatid align at equator (whether it's mitosis aur meiosis)......
Hence the no. of chromatid in chromosome at metaphase is always 2 .....

No bro , you go and check ncert.
Cell exit G-1 phase to entre G0 phase and that G1 phade comes after Mitotic phase.....
Hence G0 phase occurs at the end of M-phase...
But we can't say that G0 phase occur at the end of G1 pahse bcoz
When cell exit G1 phase to enter G0 phase it doesn't mean that cell entre in G0 phase After "completing" G1 phase (means at the end of G1 phase)
Hence, G0 phase doesn't occur at the end of G1 phase...
