Woodburning fireplace, double farm sink, professional gas stove, with double ovens. Those are the changes I would like. The pantry is wonderful.

WOW is all I can say!! The only two things I would make different, put in a pet shower and bath in the utility room and possibly build this over a finished basement. Just absolutely WOW 🤩
This home is gorgeous. It's not a super-mansion with a frivolous amount of wasted space but is large enough for a 4-5 person family with a luxurious amount of storage and space. Well done!

A library, nice addition! You left out space for a freezer. Who builds a house this big without making room for a freezer AND A SECOND OVEN?
It's something how these homes 🏡 look like Mansions, even though they are just regular everyday homes 🏡, the houses 🏘️ in my Neighborhood look like mansions on the outside til you get inside, then looks like a regular everyday home 🏡, then you have this one that you showed that's the opposite of that.

I might’ve commented on this video before but I keep coming back to this floor plan. This is, without a doubt, my dream home. 2 things I would add, Big helicopter ceiling fan in the great room and make the garage a 28x28 oversized 2 car garage…well, 3, I’m not a fan of that wall paper in the master. This house is seriously, 2 thumbs up.

I love how cozy it is. I can really see myself raising a family in a home like this. A nice big size but still modest- I love it!!
I love a home with 3 levels ( basement) , 3rd floor office. Media room. Open floor plan. Indoor pool room/ spa area. Heated side drive, heated master bath floors ,central vacuum. Elevator. Custom closets /pantry. Fireplaces.
Now THAT is a home. WOW.

It's relation to that really busy road puts me off.
Such a beautiful kitchen and pantry, I'm surprised a double oven isn't standard. I would rather have a stacked oven and then move the microwave into the pantry. But I'm sure that could be optioned.

I agree with on of the comments about the master bath, the tub does seem out of place in front of the shower. The Jack-n-Jill bath should have double sinks, there was plenty of room for one more. This home is absolutely beautiful. Thanks.

Gorgeous. Given the assymmetry of the front facade, the design is still beautifully proportioned. The bedrooms above opening to the family room below is a beautiful touch so you can have visual connection to the Kids at all times.

I like a lot of different styles of homes. IMO, would have loved to see a deeper double stainless sink in kitchen and cutouts in tub/shower for bottles. I would also have wood throughout. All in all, I could live in this home. It's beautiful.

I love these types of homes. I hope one day I can build one for myself. This is my favorite type. Although I also enjoy renovating older homes too. The only thing that is missing is a huge deck in the back with a fence
I would personally build a historic house style there better and more aesthetically pleasing with better craftsmanship no vinyl siding no vinyl flooring no white millwork attention to detail to everything

Beautiful home! I love the thoughtful Schumacher layouts and decor! The designs, colors and materials used throughout the home were superb! Placing the stairs and coat closet to the side of the entryway so the view of the great room isn't obscured--perfect! Loved the upstairs! Kitchen layout with the sink and appliances near each other so you're not running laps! The butler pantry, laundry, etc. were over the top! Since I'm a crafter, I would probably figure out how to configure some of that area into my craft room--crafters gotta craft, lol! Loved the owner suite except the placement of the tub in front of the shower. That bothers me for some reason. All in all, I could see myself in that home!

The Schumacher name has been synonymous with quality since the 1800s. Was a general store operator in Akron in 1800s. Brought it items to build houses. When I was a little girl there was a Schumacher Lumber. A school was given his name, still exists with old building from the early 1900s knocked down and new one built. Schumacher has always spelled top quality in Akron area for decades. Partly because Akron has access to Amish carpenters, house builders.

Absolutely right! Total dream home. Would give anything to live there. If I could change ONE thing and one thing only I would flip the chef's pantry so the plumbing wasn't on an outside wall. But what a dream house. In love with the place.

Absolutly stunning! From top to bottom! The only chaange i would make is to knock out the walls in the 1st bedroom upstairs to expand the loft space and provide a bathroom thats easier for people to acces,

Wow, that chef pantry is what I’m talking about, I would love to live in this house, with a laundry room that size I’d like a pet shower bath. Nice mud room and plenty of closet space, with nice custom wood shelves.the master suite has everything I want in a master great closets and the tub and shower, 2 wc’s how great is that Timothy, you’re doin a great job with that smooth camera action. I would reconfigure the pantry so I could have the kitchen sink under the window.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this but that door by the front door is not a closet. It goes to a basement. I thought it was a closet also until I toured it in person. A really big basement. This is my dream home.
Beautiful home, so many windows maybe this can help it feel much large. The massive kitchen, every space with good and great sizes with windows, love this home.

I love this! I have a slightly similar layout. 3200sq ft. The pantry in this video is my “formal dining room” which I am planning on turning into a walk in/butler’s pantry. It’s nice to see what the end result will look like.

The home is beautiful, I would change the 1st bedroom bathroom to a tile shower, no tub! The kitchen & pantry is perfect 💕I prefer wood cabinets in the kitchen 😊that is a dream pantry & laundry room ❤️The master bedroom shower needs a shower seat & separate hand held shower apparatus, why not if you are spending this kind of money on a home💕💕💕
Beautiful home but a tad surprised there was no basin sink in the laundry room. There was certainly enough space for one.
