    Ingredients:
    * digestive biscuits 90g
    * butter 45g
    * milk 40+40 g
    * unsweetened yogurt 300g
    * whipping cream 250g
    * gelatin 2packs (15g)
    * sugar 45g
    * Matcha powder 7g
    * hot milk 20g
    Mold size reference: side length 15CM

    材料
    消化饼干 90g
    黄油 45g
    牛奶 40+40 g
    无糖酸奶 300g
    淡奶油 250g
    吉利丁 (15g)
    糖 45g
    抹茶粉 7g
    热牛奶 20g

    I use low fat yogurt 2% and I failed big time 😵‍💫 I can taste the gelatin lumps. Maybe I have not mixed it well enough in hot milk.

    Dear Grace, Thank you so much for your receipe. It looks very attractive and tasteful. If I only got 19cm round cake tin, is it still ok with same quatities of ingredients? Thanks for advice.❤

      You can calculate the volume of the cake. 15*15*6=1350.
      If the diameter is 19mm circular mold. (1/2*19)*(1/2*19)*3.14*6=1700
      1700*1350=1.26
      Therefore, all ingredients are 1.26 times of the original recipe.

      可以用不同尺寸的模具。告诉你一个诀窍,计算一下模具的底面积然后和方子中的模具比较,蛋糕的用量就按这个底面积的比例缩放。

    If i use mould side 9"x 9"(22×22cm)
    Should i double recipes or 1and half recipes??
