I just purchased a 2018 Hellcat myself in Knuckle White. This makes me so eager for it to arrve. Unfortunately, living in Sweden, there will be short seasons because November - April is like winter season and winter tires are a requirement. Still.. dont want to drive 700hp on ice and snow on narrow roads anyway. Hopefully I will get to enjoy it for at least 2 weeks this year though.

You can always put it in Eco mode, so the HP is limited to 500. Still wouldn't drive it in snow myself, but you probably have more experience in that area!

You hit the nail on the head TheFunkyair. I see the comments, too heavy, aero of a brick,etc. It is what it is. Imagine every car with front ends that look similar to a C8, Ferrari, or Lambo which have good aero. I think the Hellcats, both models, look and sound fantastic. Can't corner?, are they driving at 70mph on Mulholland Drive?. Look for vids here on YT of Challengers on the Nurburgring, they look pretty good in the hands of someone competent. You can also see vids of known excellent handling cars spinning out there too, likely at the hands of your non pro driver. Like you said, it's physics at work against this beautiful beast.

Delta Ruin lmao cant compare going full throttle to driving efficiently. I have one of these german 2-3 litre cars and if i push it hard it also uses 15-20l/100km which means a tank (60l) of fuel is gone in 300-400km driving like that. (Its not an old car 2019 e class coupe 200)

They Modded It With Turbo
Could you please do a similar run to get the 100-200 and 0-250 times of an C6 Z06 and a C7 Z06? Doing an old E63 with the naturally aspirated 6.3 Engine an 514 HP would also be interesting to see how much faster the modern cars really have become under ´real world´ conditions. the 0-100 times of modern cars have become way quicker due to faster gearboxes and a lot of time 4-wheel drive. But as you mentioned in your hellcat video, 0-100 does not often happen in real world situations. 100-200 of the ´old cars´ would be interesting. Cheers! And Thanx for the cool videos!

For 0-100 put suspension in street mode and traction in sport mode. All other settings in track mode. 100-200 i think you're uphill

Interresting, in the first part of the movie, you can clearly see, that dragy, has 1-2kph lag. Shows smaller number than Cocpit.
Later on, when velocity stabilise, Dragy shows 1-2 kph more, than cocpit gauge. Opposite situation.
What concludes me is that Dragy possibly falsify stats to worse acceleration times.
