Thanks Tony, I haven't had as much luck on jerkbaits there of late or small jigs... the weight cast farther and leaves were not accumliating too bad on it, was glad I landed a few fish!
Thanks a lot Dug... the blade put a heavy vibration in the water (the way it is made with craters). You landed a huge trout the other day! Must be nice!
Thanks so much Jun! Yea, I finally got more than one decent one... had one really other big tug briefly, so there are bigger fish in there for sure. Yes, I really enjoy fishing this river, different than other places I go.
Thanks so much Dan. glad to hear from you and assume you are doing great. The leaves were killing me plus I only had one spinner with me. I still had fun and caught some nice ones for me. I went this morning, caught some nice ones... new video tonight/tomorrow. Catch me a nice one this weekend Dan! I want a ghost pike.
Amazing looking river to fish! I would definitely keep going back to that river. Nice bronze beauties you were catching on the willow blade spinner. I sure need to spend more time using spinner baits. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks a lot. I have been a subscriber to your channel for a few years... watch them all. I am honored and appreciate it. Those H & H spinners put out a lot of vibration in the water... work well for me with largemouth too and even caught a huge koi on one of them. I have gotten better as a fisherman by watching others (including you) for the past couple years. You catch fish, especially crappie with ease it seems from the bank... wish it was that easy for me. Thank you again!
A whole bunch of nice ones, Dave! That spot is so very nice. It looks like it would be loaded with fish. The leaves this time of year are really annoying, lol
Great intro Dave! Def tough trying to cast lures with all the leaves out on the water this time of year! Nice smallie to start with and that aggressive sunfish 👍Solid 2nd smallie too 💪 Nice trip brother!
Thanks Chris, so I am not the only one that has to deal with the obstacle of leaves, lol... I should of had a few more fish, but those darn leaves, lol. Thanks!
Heck ya! Those smallies were pretty nice.
That Mayo river is a gem. Nice catches Dave! The H&H has been consistently catching fish, great job man.

Nice smallies. I like that yellow color. Very vintage looking.

@@excursionamericaexaYou're Very welcome! I'm always learning from others. The fish even teach me lessons all the time. 😂
