Wow, this is a truly excellent demo. Really inspiring, and so expertly performed. I haven't really heard anything else like this on RUclips. Thanks so much!

uff, finally a great demonstration of this machine, letting the sounds evolve in musical ideas. thank you for the really inspiring video. i have to listen to your bandcamp.
a nice demo of this most interesting string mod synths. connected to a delay pedal..say a strymon bigsky, and you could really make some neat cosmic dreamscapes
@@whiteman1506 aye, at some point their musik lost the mystery. Klaus Schulze also had quite the peak during much of the 70's, check out his Cyborg album. @@dhollsynthmusic Hi, on the strength of this demo I've just bought a Streichfett. And, I also bought your music catalogue on bandcamp earlier today. Very well done!
Is this one take? Or multiple layers? Is everything I hear the Streichfett? If so, I'm gonna have to re-examine my Streichfett on how to (re)produce these sounds. Well done! 😀
thanks mate. yeah, almost all my non-beats music is one-take, single layer, real-time improv...using just the two hands (sometimes using CD's to hold down keys if the synth doesn't have a HOLD function). Then recording the audio and uploaded. Check out this collection of 10 such pieces, it has the longer final Streichfett piece here included (track 6)...free WAV download ifya fancy (just select "0" as price): dholl.bandcamp.com/album/best-of-the-last-10-years-improten - some extra written detail here: ruclips.net/video/SsaW5Fhezkc/видео.html
this is some very cool sounding soundscapes.Hopefully in the near future the Waldorf Streichfett String Synthesizer is the last string machine synth i will purchase and will go along with my other two string machines which are the VC340 by behringer and a classic string machine Duran Duran used, called the Crumar Performer. Together i should come up with some awesome Floyd like soundscapes in my near future like these beautiful soundscapes you have going on...well done dholl synth music well done
lovely comment, mate. look forward to your efforts! the Polysix is also a beauty for strings, check out my bandcamp for some: dholl.bandcamp.com/track/wishing

That's not expensive. And in any case it's luxury item; it's not food or water. Maybe you should take a pay cut so that the products or services your business provide are cheaper for me...are you willing to take that pay cut so I can have lower prices?
Really can't start the day without a dash of cosmic melancholia, in my existential dread.
i feel that, bro. i feel that too.

blipblip88 anything sounds good drenched in reverb....
Sounds like the older Tangerine Dream stuff. Great. :-)
haha nice one, i'm a proud owner of Phaedra on vinyl. They were magic back then.
@@dhollsynthmusic I also own some of Tangerine Dreams older music on vinyl. They were magic until Peter Baumann left in 1977...

update got this machine been tweaking around with it.Question how did you get those Farfisa dual organ tones in the 1st pad you demonstrated?
Can't get enough cosmic melancholia, so my Streichfett's arriving the day after tomorrow and then I'll be channeling Edgar Froese!
The walmorph is melting. Don´t hissytate to buy one
Yes it’s way too expensive, they weren’t that high priced when they first came on the market if I recall correctly.
Some of the best landscapes I have heard in a while. Are you using any other effects with it or is it just the Streichfett ???

is that me or is the image morphing? I mean it could be either my progressive lenses or drugs of some kind

I just wish it wasn't so damn expensive.
it's really affordable, considering what you get. About €200-ish, I think.
