I think this is a good and interesting video! You presented the situation well.
In all honesty there isnt an epidemic of collapses when compared to the total number of them. Many were built before we had a great understanding of geological forces, materials, groundwater intrusion, ecological impact, nor did they have the foresight to undersrand how wether events once thought to be one in 10,000 years or more could start happening so much more frequently due to drastic changes in climate.
Aging materials and dams reaching the end of their structural lifespan is also an issue.
