Cascadia Rolling Hills/Rivers are not expansions for Cascadia. Instead they are separate roll and write (flip) games that can be combined with each other.
Manhattan Project: War Machine doesn't have anything notable to do with the previous Manhattan Project games. War Machine is not by the same designer, artist, or publisher as the original Manhattan Project, Energy Empire, or Minutes to Midnight. Grail did help to publish the Cold War expansion after the difficulty delivering that Kickstarter , so there is that tie-in, but that's the only thread. Unfortunate naming on this case.
