Thinking of using that for our upcoming DCs migration process. We will be deploying NSX which we already use for TKGI (PKS) next to ACI. Do you know about any FW vendors that support both the NSX-T integration, ACI intergation and preferably Cisco TrustSec integration at the same time? Currently labbing with Checkpoint Cloudguard + Identity Collector combo which seems to work fine, but I'd like to try the others.
Unfortunately there's no firewall vendors I'm aware of that support NSX-T/ACI integration at the same time. The closest you might be able to get is service insertion in NSX-T with Palo/Checkpoint VMs, and riding all of that over top ACI (but not integrated technically).
@@NRDYTech Actually, I think you can do that with CP Cloudguard. Our goal is to firewall between the ACI world where baremetal servers will live and the virtual world of NSX-T. But we don't want to stick to per IP firewalling but rather object based firewalling with the ability to refer EPGs and dynamic tags from NSX-T.
Hey Mike ..great video .have one doubt ...in case if we are using hcx l2 extension and bulk migration approach from on premise to on premise ..in case of gateway cutover after migration. That gateway cutover will happen in nsx-t t0 router or it should happen on physical router ?
