The artisans who work on this wood are true masters of their craft. Beautiful furniture, MashaAllah. I hope they are paid well by their employers and not exploited through low wages. The only way to keep these artistic traditions going into the future is to make sure these skilled workers are paid a good wage for their work and their wellbeing is looked after by the government through workers' protection rights, better working conditions and social safety nets. Instead of just talking to the owner talk to the workers as well. It doesn't have to be on camera but ask them if they feel like they are getting a living wage for their work and what the working conditions are like. Be an agent of positive social change. A happy worker produces a better economy in the long run. 👍
