I have PTSD and I understand about loud noises. For me it is especially people shouting at each other. At 81 I no longer have the option to live in the country. But I was very careful to find me a little apartment what's a fabulous of you of the mountains and a patio big enough to sit on in my rocking chair and also to have a small table and chairs where I can eat outside. I am no longer able to have a lot of flowers on my patio like I used to, but my inside of my home is filled with live plants. Which are a blessing to me I also do not have the television or seldom do I have music playing as I like the quiet. Blessings and love from New Mexico
Hello Judie and thank you for your comment. It sounds so lovely how you describe your apartment, view and surroundings. I love hearing about the rocking chair (I would like one). Have a wonderful weekend 🧚
It sounds wonderful. A dear pastor friend of ours moved from Maine to New Mexico He has back here once and said he wouldn't return to Maine again. His familh is out there.
So proud of you for choosing to attend your basket making class! Twofold benefit: lovely handmade basket and entering a new inside environment! ❤Everyone knows Fairies’ magic is most powerful outside in the woods & meadows! (And by the seaside!) Lovely 🥰 video as always; I have a small smile 😊 on my face as I watch each week. My week was a bit unusual as I was scheduled for a 30 minute interview which lasted 2 hours! While it’s only a part-time job, as I am retired, my hope is it offers more life balance! Our daffodils are open and dancing in the wind! I have started working in my wee garden! The hummingbirds should arrive soon (I think of them as tiny fairies with feathers! Until next week, I wish our entire community kindness & peace 🕊️
Thank you for your comment and sharing your week with us. 2hrs is a long time for an interview so well done you! Your garden sounds lovely with hummingbirds (I can relate to the thinking they are fairies with feathers!). Have a lovely Sunday 🧚
❤❤❤ Thank you Kirsten for another lovely and inspiring film. My heart feels understood when you speak and share your thoughts with us. You are building a beautiful community here on your channel by being the Wonderful Scottish Fairy who lifts our hearts and encourages us to hope in a better tomorrow and to enjoy today's many beautiful moments. You are so appreciated!!! ❤❤❤
Loved this weeks message dear Kerstin. I relate to your words. I'm in my late fourties and I live alone and I enjoy it. I need alone time to recharge. When I'm with the right people for which I'm so grateful, I need less alone time, but still I need it. Being surrounded by the wrong people is a source of pain and drains me. Being alone strenghtens me. I'm glad your on a good way in your recovery and live on your terms surrounded by nature. We should all live like we want. Everybody has different needs, it's fine. When I was young I thought something is wrong with me, I'm sensitive to a few things, but now I accept it, not always easy to live with it, but I manage on my terms. I'm heading to Greece next weekend and will catch up with your video as soon as I can, because I enjoy your channel 😊. Stay safe ❤
Totally agree with you...I thought I was odd all of my life, even now loud noises startle me so much that I literally jump out of my skin and people always laughed. I always stuck out like a sore thumb being different and so sensitive.... So Glad to know this is who we are as I can see this is an archetype which I had already concluded, but never found so many of us in one spot lol. Heart felt love to all of us here:)
New subscriber. Your videos and voice are so calming. Thank you.....We have a bit in common. I too am quiet, shy, don't like crowds and am highly sensitive. I didn't realize this when I was younger, am 54 now. I thought something was wrong and I needed to change. I can do hard things, have lived around the world and back, married 35 years and have 3 grown son and two grands. I just finally learned, who I am and what I want from the time I have left; and noise and crowds are not one of them anymore. We live on a farm in TX, middle of nowhere with animals. I love it. Thanks again and nice to know you. I am part Scottish, Norwegian and English but was born and raised in TX. I guess that is probably most Americans though. We are a melting pot.
Thank you for subscribing and sharing your story. It sounds heavenly where you live now and that you can find peace and quiet there. That i great! Yes, many Scots emigrated so you are not alone in the "melting pot" in the USA. Have a lovely Sunday 🧚
I think your basket is beautiful. I also love all the flowers at the beginning of this video. I have sensitivity to certain types of lighting (fluorescent, bright white LED), loud sounds and chaotic movement around me. What was once difficult for me, I now embrace. Your videos are very soothing and magical!🩷
I just came across your video. I can absolutely relate to you & your desire to live a slow life in nature. I was born a very quiet, shy & highly sensitive little girl. Life has been a struggle. But now in my 60’s I am able to live a slow life & be in nature where I feel the most connected to myself. Lovely video ❤ Thank you
What a lovely sight your video is. I’ve been running around all day, and just sat down when your lovely relaxing video popped up. The basket is beautiful. Have a great week xx
When you're young and busy it's easy to deal with those feelings, as you get older and you are alone, it's important to find peace and comfort within yourself and with your spirituality. Thanks for sharing.
I love the pretty basket you made. It seems such a wonderful place where you live, and the fact you can walk to the wonderful wild sea. May you days be filled with love, happiness, peace and good health. Blessings from Jilly & Madge the rescue greyhound, from West Devon, England. xxx
Hello Jilly, how nice to get another message from you! I hope you had less rain than we had this week. Have a lovely weekend and relaxing walks with Madge 🧚🏻xx
I'm 54 and live in a seaside town in Australia. I love the calm...Looking at the ocean each day. My daughter is traveling and arrived in Scotland today. She loves it...a bit chilly, but so beautiful. Your vlog today was so peaceful. Really magical.
I'm the same. In my 20s I loved living in the city, going to parties and being busy. In my 30s, especially during the pandemic I realised that I'm a high sensitive person. Most people cost me energy, I don't like small talk and it's almost impossible for me to meet people that I can find a connection with. I can't stand the city life anymore with all the noise and all the crowded places and I can't wait to move to the country side this year.
Thank you for your comment and sharing. I am glad you found what you really need and that you are making changes so you can life in the way it suits your personality. I hope your new living space will be wonderful 🧚
I 100% agree with you! I’m 54, for far too long I have forced my poor nervous system to participate in a system that isn’t good for it. I absolutely love your comment “most people cost me energy”. I too am just waiting for my lease to end and hopefully by that time find a quaint quiet little place in the country.
Videos like this one, and especially the comments below, provide strength for those of us who live alone because, ironically, we find that we are not really alone. There are so many others who by choice or events in their lives now find they are on their own. It helps you get comfortable in your skin and events in your life and your choices in life.
I am very much an introvert and also get overwhelmed by a lot of the stuff in the world. But I realize that one is never truly lonely when you know you have Jesus. Isn't it just wonderful to know that God created everything in nature and us so that we could be a part of it.. It is the most awe inspiring revelation❤❤❤
I too am an introvert. I also get overwhelmed with crowds. I enjoy living alone. I get creative when I am alone. I have a neighbor who Is the extrovert loves crowds events. She's always inviting me to celebrations. I can enjoy her company if its just her. However not the parties with lots of crowds . I always say no thank you, I have other plans. I think she feels I'm lonely and sorry for me. What to do? Anyway yes I'm not alone I have jesus.
Without Him I would have nothing. Material goods are temporary , so are even our deepest relationships with other humans. His love is perfect, with Him , life is eternal with those who have accepted His perfect gift of Salvation.
W@debc315 I was a mess before Jesus saved me. Now, no more depression or cptsd, my marriage has improved ( I was close to a divorce before I turned to Jesus) . I m so happy He s real, I m so grateful He exists bc without Him life would have no meaning!
You're an intelligent and empathetic creator. So why not acknowledge that being "alone" because hubby is gone for a few days is a state of gratitude for your partnered life? Because many are truly alone in this world, not just for a few days. You hardly have the chance to be "lonely."
Your peaceful videos help me to cope with a similar condition. My personal time is limited, I long for a quiet, slow life. Maybe one day. Whilst waiting for it, I take your beautiful vidéos for comfort and as a promise...
I have to say that you & i have the same decorating designs, my wee late mammy was from Scotland i miss her everyday, your channel is very soothing, God bless you always 🙏🌹❤️☘️
Basketweaving is therapeutic, both for the weaver and the viewer. Thank you for showing this. Your cottage is lovely: the neutral colors, the flowers, the pantings, Everything. ❤
Your videos are so calming. Your home is so cozy. I am envious of your scenery. It must be so rejuvenating to be by the ocean and the woods. I am looking forward to your next video. I like your basket.😊
Another truly lovely and calming video, thank you so much. Your basket is adorable, just love the rustic cottage style. You're a wonderful example and inspiration to anyone facing difficult challenges. We're all on a similar journey in one way or another. In difficult moments I try to remember the quote (although I forgot who said it 😵💫). "Let your tears water the seeds of your future happiness." ❤. Much love and blessings to you, your followers and all who appreciate nature, animals and a simple life⚘️. Until next time xxx
Hello Ellie, what a wonderful saying! I have never heard it and will definitely think about it next time the tears will come (and they will :) ). Thank you for sharing and your kind words. This is indeed a lovely community! Have a great day 🧚
I know exactly what you mean 💗 I have a few disorders and have always had mental health problems, I got so much better in my early 20s but mental breakdown after going into employment for the first time. I was so terrified, especially if I was left alone. Now I've come to love my time alone, because I understand who I am and try to flow rather than fight with life (for the most part 😂) Enjoying the little things is so important, and Congratulations on your progress, every little bit counts! Much respect to you as it's really bold and beautiful of you to share it with all of us. I've just found this channel but I'll definetly be liking and subscribing!
Another beautiful, soothing video. I love all your SMEG. and Laura Ashley, I've just bought the blue SMEG kettle and toaster. I really need my time alone and on my own a good while. I'm worn out as just emptied my little house, to hopefully move soon. Did it on my own, at 55 if I didn't do it now I don't think I'd manage it in a few years time. Kindest wishes. Julie 🌹
Thank you for your lovely message. SMEG appliances are really good and I love their design. Well done for doing all the work in your house by yourself - be proud of yourself please 🧚🏻
Hello Kerstin and thank you for sharing another enchanting video. To have time on your own is a good thing enabling you to focus on yourself and your surroundings whilst not feeling lonely. I can relate to that. Your basket was a real triumph and as you say, will be used a lot. Although we have had lots of rain and winds here in the UK it has certainly brought on the plants and trees to burst open with new growth. Delightful. Take care of yourself and I hope you too have a wonderful week 🌳🌷🌼🪻🧚❤️
Hello Lynda and thank you for another lovely comment! It is so humbling to hear all these wonderful comments about my content. I so enjoy making the videos. The wee basket will be certainly used - I am planning on gathering dandelions this week to make plant honey from them (I will share this in a video). So it was well worth making it. Have a wonderful week too - hopefully with lots of sunshine 🧚
So grateful to have recently discovered your channel. I am also noise intolerant, light intolerant, with severe sun allergy. Auto immune issues. I've just bought a house further out in the country. My current home is too close to the highway. I cannot wait to move in, with all my rescue pets. Your channel is a soothing balm to me. I grew up by the sea but now live inland. Thankyou for sharing. Your film quality is superb. Blessings from Australia 🙏💐
Your little basket is gorgeous…so happy you were able to attend the workshop..and it certainly is a beautiful addition to your cottage…thank you Kirsten for sharing your time with us. On a side note…I can’t believe how fast your channel is growing, I’m so happy for you. I think I found your channel when there was about 3000 subscribers and it seems not that long ago. Of course I quickly watched ALL your previous videos and loved them all…have a great week…🥰🇦🇺
Hello Linda and thank you for taking time to comment. I am so happy that my content speaks to many people and to share the beauty Scotland has to offer. Indeed, my channel grew a lot the past weeks and that is so nice! Wow, you watched all my videos - you will notice how it changed too with my being more knowledgeable about how to make videos (I do everything myself). Have a wonderful Sunday 🧚
Kerstin, the PEACE that comes upon me when I watch your videos and listen to your voice, is no less than miraculous. These days, Peace is a rare commodity. You are a precious gift to all of us who watch your videos. Thank you for making the World a better place for all of us!!! LOVE and PEACE to the WORLD MAWR Delray Beach, Florida USA
I can smell the wild garlic right from here 😋 .Awesome video with lots of lovely information. I am 53 , live alone . With love from SAM Guwahati, Assam, India 🇮🇳 ♥️
Same as the lady below...I look forward to your videos and I love the basket weaving. Something I have always wanted to have a go at. I find all crafting that I do, very therapeutic as I focus on the now moments and have no idea what is going on in the real world.....I am at perfect peace with Angels and Fairies alike! Thank you for sharing your life and challenges! I have learned through bringing up my son alone that being alone and being lonely are not synonymous! Your cottage is so beautiful and all your elegant touches are such an inspiration! So grateful for your time and sharing your journey, hearing you talking about your journey makes me realise that I am extremely similar to you, I am an Empath too and I can vouch for everything you say, about how you are different and crave solitude more than company:) Here's to the gentler souls.....Blessings of love to you!
Thank you for your kind comment. Well done for bringing up your son alone - you can be proud of yourself. It is nice to hear about the kindred souls on here and if you can, please do a basket weaving course. It was really good and is so nice to have something you made in use. Have a lovely weekend 🧚
I understand you completely, the loud sounds of our city tacoma Washington are just too much for me anymore, so we are moving to a smaller town in Washington state Port Ludlow, I’m excited for a more relaxing way of life! You are a lot like my daughter she has those same sensitivities. ❤️💖
Thank you for your message. That’s wonderful that you move to a quiet place which will suit you better. I hear that Washington state is very beautiful 🧚🏻
Beautiful country side and just lovely:) I really liked your basket you made and your cottage is very nice. So wonderful to forage food in the outdoors and you have a beautiful scenery. God talks about the herb in the field in The Bible:) Thanks for the video! I am mostly Scottish and I have never been to Scotland, beautiful country!
@@thescottishfairy5396 Your most welcome:) I would love to visit sometime and see Scotland:) I agree with you it is so beautiful and I wish I lived there!
I feel the same way as you do. I am lonely in the hustle and bustle in large cities, but not in small towns. I live in a rural area with beautiful nature all around.
Just came across your channel & on hearing your calm, sensitive & melodic voice, the beautiful landscape where you live, I just had to subscribe. I look forward to watching past & future videos.
Just found you channel, what a lovely sweet way to live, just love the way you channel is so tranquil, love your cottage absolutely beautiful, look forward to more of your vlogs
I am 70 in September and a grandma of 17 with 4 grown children but I SO enjoy your country and videos Keep up the Great work by the way your wedding was Spectacular. From Southern USA
Your beautiful videos are so calming, they really help my autistic daughter. We enjoy your videos in the background during our meal times and this helps her a lot. I also enjoy too , thank you so much for the peace you create here 🙏
Thank you Alex for taking your time to write this kind comment. I am so happy that your daughter benefits from it and that you like it too. Have a peaceful Sunday 🧚
@@celticlassie Ah, I understand! It’s not often easy to “read” tone when typing and, to me, it sounded as if you enjoyed it! Was just trying to be helpful 😊
You are so lucky, because your husband is coming back. My life partner - I am not allowed to call him my husband - will never return, because he died. You were the loveliest bride I have ever seen.
I think your life is lovely. I hope you heal from any past traumas. You are blessed to be able to be home while your husband works. Sending you much ❤!
I suffer from bi polar disorder, and social anxiety. I have for some time now. I love in a cottage as well by a lake. It has been great for me. Thanks for the video . Bless you ❤😊
The best time in my life is now. I am most relaxed and happy in quiet solitude with time for reflection. My most pleasurable time is when I have my things about me. My books, music, plants, and the art I have collected that speaks of nature and the ocean. My dear friends list is short but these friendships are deep and forged by decades of caring and sharing. I bid you peace and living in harmony with the special woman that you are.
This is my first viewing your vlog today. I don't know of what the mentioned recovery that you're going through but I hope that everyday that passes you feel better. Bless you, Kirsten.
What a delight to find your video, the tranquility that emanates not only from your surroundings but your soothing voice is a delight. To take time out of the busy day is so good for the soul. Thank you for sharing.
Happy Friday my friend. I am so proud of you for attending the basket weaving class. Your basket is beautiful and I hope when you look at it, it reminds you of the strength within you to go out of your comfort zone and that by doing so, you’ll be ok. It’s been a very tough week for me and I can’t shake the feeling of being “lost.” I know I’m still grieving (I’ve lost both parents to cancer and my best friend to sepsis in the last 18 months) and I just don’t know what my “purpose” is for. My heart aches to return to Whithorn (near Stranraer) but alas it isn’t possible at this time. Thank you for sharing this lovely video. I very much appreciate seeing “home” Scotland when I can’t be there in person. I hope you have a lovely weekend. Much love to you. xxxxx
@mallymakings2853 May I send you wishes of comfort and ease. I lost my own Mom 3 months ago after being her full-time caregiver. When I'm overcome by grief and loss I so wish for it to pass. It hurts so. But people say sooner or later it passes. And the worst of it does. Blessings on your own journey. Heidi
Thank-you so much for a soothing and inspiring video. How brave you were to go to the class. You have encouraged me to take a deep breath and go! Wonderful visuals, soothing music. Perfect x
Greeting from Cape Cod, MA USA...another beautiful coastal environment. First time watching your channel. From your comments and life style, It sounds like you are INFJ on the Meyer Briggs scale (USA). There are many informative videos about this rare and wonderful and often misunderstood personality type.
I live near the Cape -as a matter of fact was in Hyannis today. I too believe I am an INFJ and just found this channel as well. We are truly all connected and manage to find each other in this big, loud, hurried beautiful world. Regina from the coast of Massachusetts.
What a lovely wee basket! I relate to so much of what you say. I, too, am highly sensitive but didn't understand what it was or how it was affecting me so strongly. I am also recovering and learning to be kind to myself and accept my limitations. It can be a long hard road, as you know, but very fulfilling. Tapadh leibh, a charaid.
Thank you for sharing your personal situation with us. It is good that you are in the learning process of what is good for you and what things you require. Take your time and look after yourself. 🧚
LOVE how your basket turned out! I made one many moons ago. I have no idea where it is now! I understand the social anxiety and the husband being away. I suffered from Agoraphobia for a while due to my breakdown. It's a very slow process but I did it. I can now go out but I still do not like crowds or to be honest, just simply bring around people. It's funny......I enjoy my solitude but yet the loneliness gets me sometimes. I used to have a network of people who I would call when my husband was gone. It was also embarrassing. But it's what I had to do. I've not had a panic attack in 3-4 years and I hope and pray they stay away. ( mine was also hormone related...too much estrogen ) It's hard being empathetic. Joy is something I'm still working on. ❤ You are rural and seaside. I'm rural and Mountain. 😊 What a neat garlic dish! Thanks again for a wonderful video. I so much enjoy them and look forward to meeting you each week. You're like meeting an old friend.❤❤❤
Hello April, I thought I had responded to your message but I might have forgot to press send.... however thank you for your lovely message. I am glad that you established a help system when you needed it! Being alone is my preference but when you are unwell it is certainly different, especially with regards to those you love. I also love the mountains (the Scottish Highlands are breathtaking). So the perfect place would be the mountains at the seaside 🙂 Thank you for your kind and lovely message. I am humbled that I feel like an old friend to you! 🧚❤️
@@thescottishfairy5396 I may be in the states but my heart is in the scottish highlands. I've never been there but for some reason ( 😉 ) I feel I have. It's almost as if I can close my eyes and smell it, hear it. One day.💜🏴
Hello, I just came across your videos the other day. Thank you, they are so beautiful , so soothing and peaceful. You are a true inspiration to those of us who are highly sensitive . Thank you
Hello Mary and welcome to my channel. Thank you for your kind words. I put my heart and soul into my videos and it is just wonderful to see this community growing. Have a lovely weekend 🧚
Hello Kerstin, this was yet another beautiful video. I feel the same in nature. That's when I feel alive the most. I have recently started reading 📚 a book on wiccan, which I have a strong belief in . Wow the weather on the west side here in Scotland has been dreich but they are wee glimmers of hope showing as the wee lambs are running around the field behind my back garden and the wee rabbits are out as well so all is well. They did look tasty. Take care 🌿🪻🌷🌳🐑🐇✨️🧚♀️💜
Hello Yvonne, I am happy to hear that you can relate to enjoying nature and using it to recharge. We had some rather wet days here as well so I was lucky to be able to enjoy some sunshine. Have a wonderful weekend 🧚
WOW. I thought I would never find some one who has the same physical symptoms as I do. I am not lonely though. Empathy, sensitive to noises and sounds and I shake are some of my symptoms. I have been through a lot also. A lot of trauma. I desired to live a simplier life which included not having so many material things. My daughter and I went running for our lives out of the Dallas, Tx area. Way too much going on and people who were just crazy. We love nature but have not had the opportunity to get into it yet. We moved into a mountain area in Virginia. The town is not that good, drugs and very very crazy drivers. I do not drive any more. I am homebound with some health problems and she works now. She too is also a lot like me. You are a beautiful woman and I thank you for sharing your journey. I will continue to follow you. ❤ Have a great week.
Hej hoppas allt är bra. Ja du gjorde en verkligen fin korg ja vill skicka mycket beröm till dej . Tack för din video och allt bra man får när man lyssna och ser på den . Ha en bra helg🤗

Have a wonderful day 🧚
Hello Susan and thanks for your comment. If you watch further of my content, you will see that I suffered some mental health issues through the action of a third party. I just don't elaborate in all the videos, I hope this makes sense. Blessings from Scotland 🧚
I enjoy watching these videos, and seeing people living what seems to be lovely lives. As an autistic woman, I have spent a lifetime feeling like I never 'fit in', and am very sensory sensitive to all manner of things, which makes life difficult. I have always wished deeply for a really close connection, with just one person really. I don't need to know lots of people. But just one, kindred spirit, as Anne would say. A bosom friend. I often hear it expressed that people don't feel lonely, and please don't misunderstand, I mean no offense. Much of the time, people have maybe one friend, or a partner they live with. But genuine question, what do people do when they really don't have anyone at all? Or almost worse, when you know people, but are not close to them? What if you don't have a deep connection with anyone at all, that you interact with on a regular basis? This is what I have a hard time with. I see these videos, and I know there are people all around the world who feel similar ways that I do, and long for the same kinds of things, and simpler lives or what have you. But we are all so far away.
Hello Lucy and thank you so much for your comment. My videos are aimed to be pleasant and talk about life in a calm manner with a positive outlook on how to handle the challenges we all face and how I learned to navigate them. I have a lovely life but of course I also have struggles as we all do (there are some videos on my channel talking about my issues and how I handle them). For me not feeling lonely any longer was achieved by my diversion of befriending myself in a way that I did not need any outside people to not feel lonely. To me this made most sense as otherwise I would rely on another person and their being in my life. This was my way of course and we are all different but maybe this is a way for many people? Maybe my channel and the community can make your feeling of loneliness a wee bit better as the members here are all kind hearted, in similar situations and very very kind. Have a lovely day 🧚
@@thescottishfairy5396 Thank you. And yes, I agree. I do think they are pleasant, and I mostly watch things that are, because I prefer more uplifting. I just can't help wondering sometimes, when we watch these videos, and people like, and comment etc, there are many more of us than we imagine, and yet, we find it so hard to meet each other irl lol. I can't help but wonder why that is. Have a lovely day as well.

Hi and thank you for your kind message. The dress is somewhat aged, I had it for 8 years and bought it on the island of Majorca. The label says "Cosy Sisters" but I don't think they exist any longer or might have been a small local company.
@@thescottishfairy5396 I agree with you and thank you ❤️. Take care
Enjoy your trip to Greece! My paternal grandfather came to America from that country!
@@rrhines3151 thank you so much, how kind 🥰 best wishes to you 🙏
Totally agree with you...I thought I was odd all of my life, even now loud noises startle me so much that I literally jump out of my skin and people always laughed. I always stuck out like a sore thumb being different and so sensitive.... So Glad to know this is who we are as I can see this is an archetype which I had already concluded, but never found so many of us in one spot lol. Heart felt love to all of us here:)
You're lovely soothing videos have become a special addition to my Saturdays. Thank you so very much. ❤
We are a melting pot.
melting pot is good!:)
Thank you Linda - it makes my heart smile to know that this lovely community is out there and likes to watch my content. Have a lovely day 🧚
I just came across your video.
❤❤❤
You are a beautiful lady from the inside and out 💗 thanks you so much for sharing with us all 🌅 🏡💗
I love the pretty basket you made.
Amen...i was just thinking the same thing. Jesus walks with us always.
I love this comment 🤍 isn’t He amazing 🙏🏽😊
I too am an introvert. I also get overwhelmed with crowds. I enjoy living alone. I get creative when I am alone. I have a neighbor who
Is the extrovert loves crowds events.
Your red dress between the colors of nature is beautiful. I like the clothes your are wearing.
I have to say that you & i have the same decorating designs, my wee late mammy was from Scotland i miss her everyday, your channel is very soothing, God bless you always 🙏🌹❤️☘️

Julie 🌹

( mine was also hormone related...too much estrogen )
It's hard being empathetic.
Joy is something I'm still working on. ❤
You are rural and seaside. I'm rural and Mountain. 😊
