Character development is top notch! I didn't like Thomas Ian Griffith as Terry Silver in Karate Kid 3 because I thought he was over the top acting the character, but bringing him back completely changed my view. He is seasoned now and he played his character perfectly this time around. Everyone is great! I'm hoping season 5 and on we will see the characters use martial arts lessons they learned in their life, like Miguel being able to use defense against bad people where he is going. I can't wait for the next season... Chozen Toguchi will also be BACK!!!

So him finding out torys mom was the mystery girl pupil of mr miyagi would make for a better story. Who knows maybe with danny fnfing this out makes him help tory and her mom out and she some how recovers from her illness and becomes apart of miyagi-do but then it would change to much about the show and i dont think it would fit right. So her dying fits but danny and tory learning that their connected in a way with mom snd danny being taught by mr miyagi would have tory switching sides and tory telling danny that terry silver rigged the tournament in cobra kais favor. Tory losing her mother but finding out all that would benefit her character more. But its just my opinion im all for more dramatic events but even tho alot hated the next karate movie i love that movie and would want her to be in it more maybe the help tory got from mrs larusso leads her to meet juli pierce maybe juli has become some type of counselor or therapist and then tory finds out her and juli went thre similar things and juli mentions miyagi-do and that help her with her anger issues and tory tells her about danny larusso and that he teaches miyagi do and maybe just maybe thats how danny and juli are introduced thru tory that would actually be a better way to introduce juli pierce in cobra kai
