Tokyo 1975 archive footage

Archival footage shot by an amateur filmmaker while visiting Japan in 1975.
It contains stock footage of the city of Tokyo: Ginza district (shops, pedestrians, cars, traffic), children playing outside school, shoe shiners, skyscrapers, strikers during a manifestation, Akasaka district, Akasaka Tokyo Hotel, the Imperial Palace, Japan's Supreme Court, Sensō-ji Buddhist temple and its Five-Storied Pagoda Tokyo tower, panoramas of the city from the panoramic terrace of the tower, and more.

Finnish red Marimekko curtains at 0:53. Didn´t know they sold them in Japan as early as 1975. Marimekko Unikko is the name of the design.
