Trump can only ask for an amount on given collateral property. The bank decides what they are willing to value it at. That means the loan officer would have to be complicit in the crime, but none have been charged.

If I tell a bank my house is worth 800k and that’s what I think it’s worth is that fraud ? Nooooooo, no one complained he paid the loan back with interest. They are spending more than 70% of their life on the road and getting paid below minimum wage. This isn’t going to go anywhere. No one cares about truckers because truckers can’t even stand for themselves . When truckers will have a backbone, maybe they will be taken Seriously. As that woman indicated, it doesn’t matter if all the truckers boycott or not once you get to a certain percentage it’s going to raise prices. San Francisco banned business with 30 states that didn’t meet their “values”. They cut the supply back with their own stupid polices and prices soared. If I own a business and I know my customer refuses to do business with my competitors, I can raise my prices to whatever I want. It creates a monopoly type of atmosphere. Same thing is going to happen in New York if Truckers boycott. The trucking companies that don’t boycott will raise prices.
Imagine if ALL jobs boycotted same time. Imagine what would happen if ALL nurses around the country withheld care .. for the same reason. If all people that heavily impact society do this we might have the anarchy and breakdown of society that some neo nazis are hoping for.

Long haulers can choose not to go into this area and just ask for temporary route changes. Cut the capacity to new York's inbound cross docks make a backorder. Things pile up, a couple snowfalls, 30% line haul drivers opt to different end locations for the load, viola,! Don't destroy the owner ops independents , if they can participate fine but they are the most vulnerable leave them alone. Groups of line haulers that can take partial or half loads to adjacent states ,or avoid any optional runs to ny state. Squeeze the product flow a mere 15% and the politicians are in big trouble.

They deliver to multiple cross docks across the area that body jobs and single axles take into the city. Strategically squeeze the inbound flow 10% and let out bound rot on the docks.
