There’s Stephen Sayer, third row back left of the camera (stage right) with his cream colored tie and left hand coming up pointing the the heavens. I always like watching his easy, smooth, athletic style, and always a big smile.
Yeah, he's the coolest and most laid back. Like John Travolta, making it look easy., and it ain t!

It *is* fun and you don’t need to do the entire routine. Just practice, there’s plenty of RUclips’s that break it down for ya. C’mon, we need more people to make us smile-and get some aerobic exercise while we’re at it ;-)
