Impressive video, The Doctor's Kitchen. Looking forward to seeing your next upload from you. I hit the thumbs up icon on your content. Keep up the fantastic work! The way you incorporated flax eggs and ground almonds is brilliant. Have you considered the long-term benefits of these ingredients on gut health in your future recipes?
As almonds and chocolate are very high in oxalates that, in some people, cause kidney stones, I will substitute white chocolate and chickpea flour. Hopefully they will turn out as delicious as the ones you make here. Thank you both!
As here, I often hear the word 'processed'instead of -'ultra processed ' which can be confusing. What they're doing in this video is a processed recipe .An example is a boiled egg ,which is processed ,not ultra processed.
Adding a variety of plants to your diet is a good way to keep your gut microbiology happy and will have health benefits for you as well. Regularly targeting 30 plants a week has been shown to have really positive health outcomes

targetting those who have allergies
I’m adding a whole egg and less sugar for blood glucose control.
Was thinking of baking in a pan and cutting as bars. Would that work?
Yes, it does. Just line the frying pan with baking paper.
Where can i buy? I dont bake
Anyone got the recipe with amounts?
I'm there really is nothing wrong with an actual egg.
I guess the flaxseed ‘egg’ is higher fibre.
Vegan option?
