I was watching and then it clicked, too easy, had to be full legendary lol
Thankfully, as of today, it has been rebalanced. Doing about 33% of the damage from video now (full legendary, with a blue 2h sword).
Yea, I twinked out a level 1 with all legendaries, amazing how much easier the game is. Probably needs to be dialed back quite a bit.

minus the melee weapon, yep. Completely busted and likely to be nerfed into oblivion, hopefully!
