I worked in that plant for more than 30 years. It is truly sad to see it going away. The steel making industry was the back bone of our society. Many people made a very good living there with just a basic high school diploma. They educated their children and provided for their families. Those jobs have gone over seas. So sad.
Its hard to see some much potential for production here that just sitting idle and wasting away. Im happy some things are still being made there but it is a shell of what it used to be.
