    Ohh, what an interesting discussion on how chealating agent works🎉🎉🎉🎉
    On separate issue, still i wish if you do one more vidios on:
    "The interaction of NaCl thickner with surfactants and foam booster (SLES, and CDEA and CaPB)"?
    Clearly, is there any factor on liquid detergent reheology/viscousity resulted from NaCl_Surfactants rxns?
    What is the recomonded RPM for mixing on adition of thickner?
    Is there any must order zat we should we follow during addition of thickener/surfactant for good viscousity/transparency?
    What about adding NaCl in powder form/in solution form?
    Last but not least, can you show us the interaction of NaCl and Surfactant against liquid detergent quality(Viscousity, transparency) in gaph????

    Can we use sodium gluconate instead of EDTA/stpp for soften the water???

      Yes dear, sodium gluconate can be a replacement for EDTA-2Na/STPP as a chelating agent.

      Disodium EDTA, an important chelating agent, can chelate metal ions in solution. It can prevent discoloration, deterioration, turbidity and oxidative loss of vitamin C caused by metals, and can also improve the oxidation resistance of oil.
      Tetrasodium EDTA is an important complexing agent and metal masking agent. It can be used for dyeing in textile industry, water quality treatment, color sensitization, medicine, daily chemical industry, papermaking and other industries, EDTA-2Na has a pH lower than 7 whereas EDTA-4Na has a pH higher than 7. So it depends on the usage
