Amen Mr. Arnold, great teaching. The Gospel has specific content which must be believed. It is sad that the GES is still promoting the crossless gospel. The crossless gospel is a false gospel.
Keep up the good work. The Gospel is the Death, Burial and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, as the only sufficient payment for our sins.

Agree. It also is a blessing to be able to listen to older sermons proclaiming the gospel of Christ. Imagine how hard it was in the old days where the internet was not an option...of course there is always the Bible for knowledge to His wisdom, though I know for many including myself, rightly dividing the word is harder to do without hearing about it. Yea, the Bible talks about rightly diving and surely the Holy Spirit was and is faithful for His Word being understood it past generations, though how much easier we have it then they did back then. Jesus bless all our brethren in Christ from across the earth whom proclaim the gospel of Jesus that we may be able to hear, even it we are not able to attend in person. O, may it be that sooner than later we will actually see our Lord Jesus face to face in Heaven. Meanwhile His will be done according to His perfect plans of victory for all of us His children and His embrace cover us with every breath given to breath. Glory to Jesus for He surely is worthy of all the glory and rightfully so. Maranatha!

I never get tired of hearing the clear Gospel. Thank you for staying true to proclaiming it, Yankee!
I hope the Loadship Salvation people who add works, and the GES crossless gospel people watch this, and reconsider their faulty positions.
Keep the Gospel of Christ’s death, burial and resurrection clear for the full forgiveness of sins/eternal life. It is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes it!
The Scripture says none of us is good; no not one. (Roman’s 3:10-12). We all have sinned and fallen short of His glory (Roman’s 3:23-24). None of us by dying to self, repenting of sins, good works, etc can be made righteous, because it’s like asking a pig in a mud pit to wear a white coat. No matter how white that coat is, it will get mud splattered on it. We cannot ever be righteous on our own merit. And Scripture testifies that our righteousness is as filthy rags!!! (Isaiah 64:6).
That is why to go to heaven we must be as pure and righteous as God. Not one sin will make it into heaven; otherwise it would be just as corrupt, broken and painful as this fallen world is.
God provided the way of being justified in Christ. He prophesied Jesus Christ’s first coming in many places in Old Testament, but one that comes to mind is Isaiah 53.
Because none of us is righteous by our works, God had to make the Way of righteousness for us. He gave us Jesus.
Jesus Christ, who is God in the flesh lived the perfect life ( fulfilling all of God’s righteous requirements), died for the sins of the world ( all sin - past, present and future), because without the shedding of His blood on the cross their is no remission of sin. And after He gave His physical perfect body on the cross as the perfect sacrifice (Lamb of God) for us, He was buried ( officiating His death), and He physically rose from the grave just like He promised. Proving Himself to be God eternal and the Only One to forgive sin once and for all.
This Jesus as John 1 testifies is the Lamb of God that taketh away the sin of the world! He is the same One that said to the unbelieving Pharisees that unless they believe that He is ( God the Son/Messiah eternal), their sins would remain.
So, a person is made righteous eternally when they believe/accept/acknowledge/trust/assent to/agree with (all synonyms of believing, having faith in, etc) God’s testimony of Who Jesus is and What He sufficiently accomplished for Whosoever (Anyone) that believes He saves (justifies) them eternally by way of Him alone.
    John 3:13-18
13 And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18 ¶ He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
    Acts 10:13
43 To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
    1 John 5:1-13
1 ¶ Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.
2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
6 ¶ This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
9 ¶ If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.
10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

Repenting in context of salvation means to change one’s mind; to be persuaded differently than one believed before. So repenting and believing/having faith in the validity of a claim, a promise made by someone or some entity (in this case God incarnate/Messiah/the Lamb of God that taketh away the sin of the world), an action done by someone on our behalf (Christ sufficiently accomplished all needed for us to be eternally justified when He alone died for the full remission of our sins on the cross, was buried and rose on the 3rd day from the grave for our eternal justification), a person’s trustworthiness (God cannot lie, so we can trust Him), are two sides to the same coin. All we need to do when confronted with the biblical evidence is believe it when we’re persuaded it is true.
The free gift of eternal life (not conditional probation) is received (His righteousness is imputed/given/put on us/we get a born again inner man/woman) by the hearer when they believe in Jesus the Christ/Savior for the forgiveness of all their sins which He sufficiently paid for once and for all in full at Calvary.

Hey everybody what should I do if there is an arogant pervert at my church that doesn't think he's an arrogant pervert. He made a comment to me the other day saying that if he wanted to get a woman he wouldn't look for one in church because the one's in church don't have the malice that he's looking for. Yet somehow he got mad that two guys and two girls separated from the group at the beach to share as a couple, and then told me that if he wanted to, he could have each of those women in the palm of his hand, as if saying that he could easily toy with them if he wanted to, as if he's so irresistible and charming that no woman can resist him. I thought to myself how arrogant and perverted can someone be? And the guy is probably not a believer either I've given him the gospel several times and he's never said that he believes on Jesus for everlasting life, or that he knows that he's saved or going to heaven. He's already had arguments and disputes with several men and made an innapropriate comment to one of the young women at church. I confronted him in private and rebuked him already with numerous Bible verses, but he just kept saying I'm not arrogant, you misunderstood me. I have a bad feeling about this guy. Like he might do something bad to someone at church unless people are told what kind of things this guy is thinking. What do you advise me to do about this? Any Biblical advice on this? Mr Ralph I really respect you and I'd like and appreciate your advice on this. How would you deal with this?

      I asked her after that

she then looked at me like
      huh ?

Matthew 6:14-15; For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
I'm curious to know, what about believers? If a believer in Christ, a Born Again Child of GOD whos name is written in the Lambs Book of Life, who is a Born Again Saved Believer, has unforgivness on their heart for someone who wronged them, or bitterness towards someone who wronged them, and they just could't seem to ever get over it, and they end up dying in Christ, with unforgivness in their heats, what happens to them??? They obviously can't loose their salvation, so what happens to a born again saved person who died with unforgiveness on their heart, or bitterness on their heart???

    • @177Jeremiah7
      @177Jeremiah7 10 месяцев назад +1

The forgiveness spoken of in that passage from Matthew 6:14-15 deals with Familial forgiveness in the Family of God.
For The Believer already has Positional (Judicial ) Forgiveness.
Furthermore, You are right when you stated that a Believer cannot lose salvation. Salvation can never be lost because it is not based upon anything we do, or how we live. It is 100% based upon our Lord Jesus Christ and His atoning work.
If a Believer refuses to forgive his brother, then God will deal with him in this life in chastening. Plus, the Believer will suffer loss of rewards at the Judgment Seat of Christ.

The gospel is found in 1 Corinthians 15 1-4. Christ died for our sins, was buried and rose again on the third day, according to scriptures.
Also, dont leave out the blood He shed. That is very important!
    Romans 3:25 Context
22Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: 23For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 27Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. 28Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
