10 minutes healthy meals would be a great idea to do. Good to see you eating whole plants foods, junk food is okay occasionally but you don't want to eat it every day because it doesn't contain all the nutrients we need apart from too much fat, sugar, high in salt and have other ingredients that isn't so good for you.
YESSS! Do a ‘boyfriend made my voiceover’ for a what I eat in a day, that would be hilarious. I can already imagine the rabbit trails that Kyle would take us down. 😂
One of my go to healthy easy meals aside from soup is "stir fry". I literally just put in whatever vegetables we have (fresh or frozen) that I feel like would taste good together and I also will add beans,chickpeas, or quinoa depending on what I want. Then for sauce I'll add a pre made tomato one(look at the labels tho) or a salad dressing of my choosing (bc I don't wanna make one) or I'll even just add avocado. It's super easy and I never have to think about it. I call it a stir fry but as I was typing I realized it's more of a "dump everything in a skillet and hope for the best" kind of meal 😂😂🤷🏼♀️ either way it's super simple and takes about (15 mins) and it always turns out good.
Donut peaches are actually my addiction. I once ate five in one sitting--yeah, I couldn't resist! Jack's burger looks FABULOUS as does your tofu poke bowl and bean chili! Also, I totally agree with you in regards to how vegan meals are very easy to prepare. It's just a matter of selecting the foods ahead of time, being mindful, and sticking to very basic staples!

my go to meal (usually for after I come back from climbing or kayaking because i'm pooped) is cheeeesssyy pasta... -2 and a half cups of soy milk -2 and a half cups of veggie stock -pint of cherry tomatoes halved -2 cloves of garlic and 1 white onion -2 tbsp of tomato paste (sometimes I forget I don't have any in and so can be substituted for ketchup or blended sundried tomatoes for an equally yummy wholesome filling meal) -1 bag of spinach -and soooo much noooch (don't even measure my nutritional yeast, just whack that golden goodness in and taste it until cheesy and heavenly) -half a bag of pasta Cook the fresh ingredients first with a little bit of oil until the cherry tomatoes are soft and have released their juices, add in the rest, leave the nooch and spinach until the last few mins and serve when spinach is wilted *mwah*
I love this idea of a 10-minute vegan meal! My go-to is summer rolls. It only takes me a few minutes to chop up some cucumber and bell peppers, and I usually add some mushrooms, cilantro, avocado, and onion, and wrap it up in the rice paper and dip in coconut aminos. It seems like it would take a lot of time, but it's actually very quick. So yummy!

Great video:) I really like how honest and realistic you are about your diet and habits. Like the not cooking from scratch day and eating what you are hungry for and not being afraid to enjoy a treat every now and then . I really like to make veggie fajitas as a quick meal. Usually use sweet peppers and onion and lettuce with mayo and salsa

Loved this video! Totally agree! Cooking vegan has actually halved my time in the kitchen! There's literally 0 reasons not to go vegan. :) I love making Tempeh bowls: fakin bakin tempeh by lightlife, canned black beans + seasonings, rice, lettuce, salsa and avacado. Its SOOO GOOOOD and so easy ;)
I always have a can of Amy’s black bean chili in my pantry for when I don’t feel like cooking. I just cook up some quinoa and throw it in with the chili 👌🏼 SO GOOD.
this is a partially pre-planned meal, but yesterday i made a huge batch of cashew sauce with almond milk, garlic, and onion. I made the sauce to go on pasta, veggies, anything throughout the week. I got home from class today and whipped up some red bell pepper, brocolli, green beans, and kale in a pan to cook them a bit, added tofu ontop and then once i plated everything i dumped some of the cashew sauce ontop! It was delicious, and maybe took me 8 minutes to cook everything but it was the quickest meal ever!
One of my 10min vegan meal is a one pot chickpea fusilli pasta. I love chickpea pasta because it is nutritious and it takes like 4mins to soften! I first sauté onion and garlic with mushrooms and peas (or whatever veggies I have in the fridge basically), add some spices and then I add 2 or 3 cups of almond milk (or whatever plant milk I have). I add the pasta in the pot and let it cook with the milk and the veggies for about 4-5mins. In the end I add a tbsp of tahini and some raw spinach and It's ready for my belly 😀😀
If I know I’m going to be busy for a couple of days, I make a big portion of minestrone soup. Its a kind of soup you can put in whatever veg in the season. And it tastes good even after a couple of days. I like your videos❤️

(if i have pre-made rice then i would add that in as well!) Pretty much your basic burrito bowl. SO filling and SO yummy. :)
I recently made enchilada soup utilizing canned enchilada sauce, onions& peppers, and canned beans to put on top of steamed potatoes. You can add veggie crumbles for more texture. It was a hit even among non vegan friends.

I know this sounds dumb and is super simple but you should try putting green tea on your face. I use it as a toner. It clears my acne in 2 days and if I stop using it my acne comes back. It really works. I also only wash my face if it's dirty or ill just rinse it. I also only put moisturiser on the dry parts. The parts thatsre acne prone (my t zone) I just let be. But yeah green tea is the best. It's so easy to use and cheap too.

You guys are seriously living the dream right now :) It is winter in Ohio and I have been prepping your baked oatmeal WEEKLY here, I take a slice to work and heat it up when hungry. Salad and potato fries is always a classic for me for lunch as well.

I don't know how Woolworth's prices are, but I don't have a Woolworth's. Being vegan was something I did for years, a few years back. It was such a challenge financially. Those veggies cans of soup definitely make convenience, but it was so hard to afford those plant-based convenience foods. If you could do the 10 minute meals video would be awesome! An entire series on that would be amazing. With stuff that doesn't contain those sometimes-expensive canned vegan options.

They aren't like absolutely everywhere you look, but you can pretty much get a vegan option anywhere at a restaurant here! Or they will make you something :)

I love to chop up some potatoes into small pieces and toss them in the microwave with taco seasoning. I eat them in a bowl with lettuce, tomato, canned black beans, avocado, and mango peach salsa. sounds like a lot, but it only takes me about 10 mins to throw together.

Fav 10 minute meals is 100% tofu scramble + any veg with sweet potato cooked in the microwave! so good with vegan aioli, sourkrout and tomato sauce>

I love to chop up some potatoes into small pieces and toss them in the microwave with taco seasoning. I eat them in a bowl with lettuce, tomato, canned black beans, avocado, and mango peach salsa. sounds like a lot, but it only takes me about 10 mins to throw together.
