Thanks for watching! Yes, both towns have potential, we just need the corrupt Government here gone! as they are destroying the growth of everything, especially the economy.
Wonderfull! We have been going to Cabarete for 2 months every year for last few years. Sosua is great. This video gives a great short introduction to the area. Very useful information. A great introduction to peaceful life and wonderful people of Dominican Republic and its people. Please include some more info of local life. Thanks
Hello Prakash! Many thanks for your kind comments - I'm very pleased you liked it - Shortly I will be launching another video about the Haitians who move over here, so please stay tuned! Take care - Brgds Mr.T

Que lo que mr.T? Very informative video,I will be visiting sosua in august and thanks to you it feels like i am already there.keep up the good work 🇩🇴 👍👍
Like this style of video ...so interesting to see the area and appreciate the ads too. I can look up some of them like Garden of Lomas Mironas and the Dog DayCare, etc. Always love seeing the beach too though :) Donated!
Thanks Lisa! I'm glad you liked the video :) P.S. I didn't see your donation come through (not that I wanna push for it, but more for the sake of a potential technical error). Was it an "InfoHub" subscription under someone else's name?
La Diosa aka The Goddess is a great place to stop at. Great food and drinks. The owners are friendly and the atmosphere is incredible. Right on the beach people. Edge of Cabarete as you're leaving on the left.
Tony it is Greg back in the states thank you for giving me a ride from the Germany Bar during that down pour.Saw myself on the video still waiting for my check.LOL
I really enjoyed this video Mr T! Love the information about your driving experiences, the road conditions, history on locations and information about events that go on at with the ad placements! Will you do any future videos on Punta Cana or Santiago?
Hi Isaac, thanks again for watching! I had some information about Punta Cana in my video "Road trip to Las Terenas..." try check that one, and in regards to video's about Santiago or more in-depth about Punta Cana, well maybe - I've got a list with desired topic's that I want to focus on 1'st. Currently I'm editing my upcoming Documentary about my road-trip and stay in Jarabacoa, so please stay tuned! Brgds Mr.T
Que lo que MT , you are un tiguere Riding Bike in sosua. When possible show Yasica River and jamao rivers Is not too far from cabarete. God bless you sir
Mr T. That was a very good street view. Regarding Cabarete, thinking about a purchase of a beach condo with windsurfing at the back door. Also does anybody know if a guy could get around on a mountain bike for tennis in the morning and when needed grocery shopping at Jannets? Im looking for a simpler life with outdoors activities.
Thanks for watching! Mountain biking everywhere, no problem! If you require consultancy / contacts, then simply send me an e-mail to info@educatedtraveler.info and I'll send you my price plan, cheers! Brgds Mr.T
great vid. Ill be in sosua aug 22. I was thinking of renting out an atv just to get around sosua. Would that be enough to get me around town? Do you have any rental places in mind? Will an atv hold up traffic in sosua? Thanks for your help
Thanks Scott for the compliment and for watching! Sure, an ATV will do the trick, lots of tourists rent them. A guy called Mike rents them out in Sosua's main center "Pedro Clisante" (a couple of doors from Jolly Rogers Bar) prices I believe are reasonable, and he's got a solid business. Hope that helps and happy travels! Brgds Mr.T
Hi Isaac, thanks for watching! I will probably never do a street-view/Go-pro video of these places, as the lengths of them would be a killer based on their sizes, and it's not the towns I'm too familiar with. However I would much prefer to make video's about these cities where I visit the most interesting places, people, party spots, music scene etc... Please stay tuned! Brgds Mr.T
Is this the video with Las Canas hotel on it? The web address listed does not work anymore. There's no way to check out their condos other than through Tripadvisor or such. It goes to some Chinese website.
There's been a change of management, so maybe they haven't put a new site up yet. I put a video out a while back with 60+ accommodation options, maybe check in there :) Brgds Mr.T
That's how I meant them. It's part of a old poem; Gaily bedight, A gallant knight, In sunshine and in shadow, Had journeyed long, Singing a song, In search of Eldorado. But he grew old, This knight so bold, And o'er his heart a shadow Fell as he found No spot of ground That looked like Eldorado. And, as his strength Failed him at length, He met a pilgrim shadow: Shadow, says he, Where can it be-- This land of Eldorado? Over the Mountains Of the Moon, Down the Valley of the Shadow, Ride, boldly ride, The shade replied,-- If you seek for Eldorado. Edgar Allan Poe 1849
Hi Malena! There's a few options: 1) call OK motors from Sosua (Car Rentals) and they can have someone drive down and collect you 2) Contact "Rex" who owns a small aircraft in Puerto Plata airport and him or his son fly down there + do scenic flights. If this is an option then email me at info@educatedtraveler.info and I'll share his whatsapp details. 3) Take the buss "Bavaro Express" to Santo Domingo, then Metro or Caribe Tours to Sosua (through Puerto Plata). That's about it. I hope that helps. Brgds Mr.T

Hi Malena, checking now...
you better go right away to Puerto Plata and then to Cabarete or you take a bus from Punta Cana to Cabarete.
