Yeah its kinda hard to understand this tutorial for a me as a new player at all ;( ive got 37 attack 35 str 20 def, and like 95% of these quests are over the top for me, so how a new account can do it ? am i missing something? like for example Tourist trap there is no way i can survive hits from captain without cheese.
Anybody else do MM1 before doing dragon slayer 1? I felt good about that. Hell I had neitiznot, prayer books, hell cat, fighter torso before even doing dragon slayer. I honestly forgot about the quest until I tried to fashion scape some rune g.
I find it funny how you mention how slow the early levels are to train for some of the skills. Literally the fastest, often the least effort lvls to gain are the early ones, you do like 5 things and "you've leveled up skill x". While leveling at higher levels 50+ slows down significantly, where 2 hours spent is maybe a few levels if even 1. Personally I prefer to do the skills from lvl 1 and do the quests to boost through the slower levels that come later.
Comments for people who are newer to runescape. Buy a membership immediately, get someone to help you do the waterfall quest, and see if you can beg for at least 200k gold. Then go do all the lower level quests. Because these quests are only helpful with some pooled resources beforehand. If not, what you'll be doing is grinding levels, to grind levels, to then start these quests

The stuffs already done on all my accounts. When I say "helpful" I mean stuff that quests unlock that are important to accounts. Not just some exp that could have been gained regardless of quests.
Every single youtube video about anything dealing with OSRC says you can do * with no requirements but you always need tons of gold , teleports, a house with a ton of stuff, ability to travel to various continents and so much more but it all can be done at level 3. Not just old school but every single vid i have seen is like "new account do this first" but don't tell you that a weeks or more of something else is needed. new accounts are not given a 100k gold. nor are they given teleports. example : first thing to do is try to complete waterfall quest with your new account no requirements (combat level three recommended) combat level three no worries. I can get combat level three sure. Try doing the quest after or getting everything you need. If you need it it is a requirement. Or any quests in members that needs tons of money (new peeps don't have but yet you need to do it your first day ect.). Is this a rant? Or are you not realizing that videos have time gaps between the scenes you see? Maybe you tried to do one of those challanges and failed miserably thus its impossible in your mind and your mind alone? Example 1 day bond f2p which really isnt that hard at all. K, so make an account, buy membership and a bond, sell the bond. You're at like $22 US and from there you really have nothing to worry about. Honestly I didn’t like this video at all. I agree that early game range training is annoying but for crying out loud, fishing is not at all terrible or long to train, especially at level 1. Same goes for smithing. Part of the fun of the early game is getting multiple levels in one inventory load of materials. Why skip that so you jump right to the mid and late game slog fest of running countless times to your bank to get a single level? Nitpicking about saving an hour or two here and there is some next level minmax tryhard bs.
Or, just do all of them? i mean.. .this game is so painful when talking about questing... i would rather have to grind than do a quest in case of exp ... the penalty of doing quest to unlock certain things to grind more? its unfair type of questing... i think the freewill of doing or not the quest is what it makes questing in this game painful... If i could pay GP on a witch in the game to instant complete a quest (if mininum requirements met) i would pay no doubt... even if it was 10m each quest... i would pay... the game is not arround questing... is arround bossing, pking, raids, minigames and freewill...
