Do a grab only run (don't even punch with a grab weapon). Just play normal until you get a grabber. I have tried this myself and, for your sanity, if you are stuck please just cheat.
One arm only no upgrades add ons only (you can use your left or right arm to move but you can only use one to move. So if your gonna use your right arm only you can use your left arm to move while swinging with your right)
When i played i found out that all the bigger enemies had weak spots that would stun them for a bit. and the smaller enemies can be killed by the environment quickly. maybe a tip could be staying active and not in one spot and learning where the enemies weak points are.
I’ve watched this a couple times even after release and still questions how your oculus didn’t die especially after more then an hour and recording at the same time
