Im so glad I found your channel! I'm in love with everything you make. You are wonderful instructor. I just recently decided to make a few junk journals. I have saved stuff from all the way back to elementary school. I'm now 58. Now I know what to do with all my treasures. Thank you so very much sharing your talent!
I save everything the tags from my children’s clothes, a art drawing they made me. a note a friend wrote everything I catch a lot of slack from my family about it ,but those things have brought me a lot of fun and joy! To me that is what is important! 😊
I had somewhat lost my love and my inspiration for scrapbooking, but thanks to you, my happiness returned to me, my desires, the ideas, so a thousand thank you
you have got to be the very best junk journal artist, ever! And, I have watched them all!! LOL!! I so appreciate your ideas and your kind teaching. THANK YOU!! your work is beautiful... but, only second to the real YOU!!
I LOVE the double bag/tuck spot!! I already made and decorated eight (?) bags but I see two (or four or six) more in my immediate future! Thank you angel 😇 MK ♥️🌞🌵
Simple to follow, uses papers we already have, multi-purpose, room enough to decorate. Can be mass made & easily stored. What a way to spend time while listening to audio mystery books! Thank you.
Found you just yesterday. And I'm in love with your talent. Kindly make a tour of your art studio or how you store all your art supplies. Would love to see your collection and storage ideas as well.
Im addicted to watching you create!!! Thank you so much for qll your videos and time going into making them. The paper instructions you put up sometimes is extremely awesome for those wish short memory to not have to come back to the video and find the part they forgot after. P.S. I love listening to your voice and accent. Its so clear and proper like and just to the ear
I've only recently started scrapbooking/ junk journaling and I am struggling with overthinking on ways to embellish. I love this tutorial so much. I absolutely have a bunch of little scraps of scraps that I've saved in hopes of finding ways to use them and this is so helpful for putting together pretty little clusters ❤
Another great idea - I usually make larger bags out of baking parchment - but I never thought of this... really sweet..... Many thanks for another inspiring tutorial.....
Here I thought I had to run out and buy a lot of little items that would be packaged in small bags. This is lovely and uses up so many bits and pieces.
Oh Natasa, yet another incredible creative video! I know I'm silly, but I'm sitting here in awe and in tears watching you take some scraps and turn them into luxury products. You have a talent to take something small and insignificant and get the absolute maximum potential out of it, and then some!! You have inspired me once again. X
Really great ideas, Natasa, as always! You think of the most creative things. Thank you for sharing. I love these and can't wait to make some. I especially like the idea of gluing the smaller one to the larger. And even where you tucked the small bag behind the other one, too. Such simple things, really, but I never seem to think of them on my own.
These are the perfect addition to jazz up a page and add interest. Thanks for sharing with us. can never seem to have enough clusters or bags so taking a day to build a stockpile is a great idea too. That way you don't have to stop and make a bag when you are feeling a journal just needs something more. So adorable and easy.
You're right...these grunge ephemera look so much better inked and in a journal. I've been adding these to my junk mail booklets and they add just the right interest.
I have a bunch of brown packing paper that I received in the mail when I order things. I saved it thinking i would use it fir something but i never knew what to do with it. Now I know!! It will make great little bags. Thank you so much for teaching this amazing idea. You do such amazing creations. I love watching your videos. Thank you, thank you.
Your videos are so inspiring, and your energy and talents are divine. I didn’t have any idea what junk journals were, but I was always attracted to and fascinated by magic of paper. You taught me how to transform that fascination into action. After each of your videos I watch, I create bunch of things inspired by what you showed. I would like to send you photos of items I created inspired by your work, but don’t have the option to attach it here. You are an amazing person, please keep bringing magic into our lives. Najbolja si!
I love these baggies and can't wait to start making a bazillion! Not only will they be great in journals, they'll be beautiful little gifts, too! Thank you so much and I can't wait to see all the other little trinkets you made over that two day period. Wowzer!
Thank you so much for this video! I just startet to create my own junk journal and I found hundreds of videos about how to design the pages but not how to craft such small things like baggies or envelopes. Your video helped me a lot!
I am so much obsessed with these journals. Whenever my mom throughs something, I always look for items that I can store lol. I just save every item in trash!!!
Hi, Natasha!! It’s been awhile but this is my 2nd time through all your videos and you still amaze with your creativity and talent. You and Joie de fi got me hooked on Junk Journals in the first place and I have enjoyed this hobby so much. Thanks again for sharing your genius with us.💕
Yay! I have a bunch of rectangular paper cuts from a recent mod podging project, so this is perfect. I especially love the beads and charms on the paper clips. And the flip through of your journal at the end is a special treat! Thank you for generously sharing this tutorial with us.
Natasha I have been binge watching your videos, and I have never been interested in junk journals, or any kind ever. I am suddenly interested and watching many women. You are just a pleasure to listen to, no "ums' and endless repeats, or vocal fry, just a couple of delightful accents and your clarity make you easy to listen to. But I have to ask what are those metal pieces in the binding part of the journal you show at 1:56 mins?
Oh my...when you brought out your little off-cut box and asked if any of us had one like that...yes, yes, yes so many boxes of treasures!! Hate to throw anything away that could be used. And your ideas are so lovely.
Thanks for the lovely video! I always learn so much from you! The only thing is I don't have a sewing machine...my sister still has it 😢 so no access to sewing or beautiful materials like you use. I do pretty much everything from scratch and I love it. Take care❤❤❤!
These are so unique. Each one you make are different.thank you for sharing your ideas. You explain every little detail so well. I will definitely have to make one and can't wait to get started. Thanks again❤
The almost white paper (butcher's paper) is probably that's called newsprint, I used to buy used ends of rolls from a local small newspaper years ago. Some many uses. As always love your videos
Your videos are so inspiring and encouraging. I’m collecting all kinds of goodies now😊 I’m making a junk journal for my daughter and daughter in law- both have birthdays this month 🤞🏻🤞🏻thanks
WOW. I am just learning about journalling as such and have been tremendously inspired by this presentation. Fantastic idea. I am trying to get my head around tearing books. But loving this so much.
I was wondering how to make small bags, and here you are with the perfect tutorial! I’ve been saving the waxed paper cereal comes in inside cereal boxes to make small bags for my journals. I had to run into my craft room right away and try it out. It works! I used clear gel glue to seal. Thanks so much for solving this for me in such an entertaining way. :). Subscribed and saved!
I love these ideas on repurposing materials for homemade bags! Wonderful in a journal, and also as a snail mail gift or even to keep a small gift card in. I love how you wrinkle the paper for added texture, and your clusters are so cute. I like the idea of using a stamped word as a focal point, and postage stamps as focal points are one of my favorite ideas. Thank you for sharing!
Very nice I just made some library pockets similar to these now I need to go back into my craft room and make a few of these so I can have these in my arsenal. As a new junk journaller. I’m learning a lot. I’ve been following you for a while now. I just wanted to thank you and tell you you do such a wonderful job. Your little envelopes your little clusters have become treasures. Thank you.
This is fantastic! I have some brown paper bags my boys use for school lunches that’ll be perfect for this. Thank you so much for sharing this idea with stuff I already have. Australian craft supplies are so expensive, I’m jealous of people in America where the Dollar Store is actually a dollar and not like our Reject Shops etc, we can’t buy hardly anything with just a dollar lol. So Thanks again for sharing this fabulous video. Sending love from NSW 👍✌️🙏❤️
Super cute bags, Natasha. I really like how you showed to use any paper to make these. I also love your little stash of scraps! Thanks so much for sharing with us! Have an amazing day!
Just found you (2/22) and find everything you create amazing. I especially like the video where you talked about being a refugee. It made me cry knowing that you had to experience such hardship. You’ve taken that experience & found what brings you joy. What courage you have. Thank you for sharing your talent & creativity. Kathy
Just brought some white paper home from going to a craft show where they wrapped a set of wine glasses for me. It will work perfect for making several bags for my Christmas journals I am making. I am not good at making clusters but after watching you and Yvonne Preston you girls make it look so easy. Thanks so much.....cyndi m.
Thank you so much Cyndi. Clusters are really quite easy, and the trick is to make one, and then use that idea/layout to make more, and the more you do the easier and quicker it gets to put them together. They add such a lovely finish
You come.up with great ideas that don't cost a fortune or the earth! Just love it when you make another video, I love to follow everything you do! Thank you x
Hi Natasa These little baggies are really cute. I don't quite know what I would do with mine, yet. (I'm a crafter too. I like keeping my creative mind active. Creating makes me happy). I love the homespun look of these baggies and I love that they are easy to make but at the same time, they are high impact eye candy. P.S. You can sew those "bits" together too (instead of stapling) for even more visual detail.
Definitely! I try to do minimal sewing in my tutorials if I can, because I get a lot of comments that people don't have a sewing machine. I figure, most people have a stapler. I always prefer to sew anything I can get my hands on really. Sewing would also serve as a focal point itself!
I’ve just discovered your channel and I just love love ❤️ everything you do! I also found a junk journal I started 3 years ago and never finished, and now am all excited to work in it again! Thank you so much for who you are and for sharing!!💕🤗
Thank you!! I really enjoyed this bag making video. I was wondering how to do this as I’m somewhat new to paper crafting. These will add to my creativity! ❤️
I made a couple of baggies watching your tutorial. I did the double bag that you showed but in the smaller bag, before attaching it to the bigger bag, I put a little bit of potpourri in there before sewing it up and the other I put a piece of dryer sheet (Just wanted a subtle scent, nothing strong)...little potpourri pouches to give my journals a hint of calming fragrances and aromas. Came out beautiful.
You never fail to bring fabulous ideas my way through your videos! Lots of thoughts from this one!... I Really enjoy your teaching style. Thanks So much!...shared with my sisters.
Thank you so much for doing this video! It has come at the perfect time. I’m working on my first “real” junk journals for my mom & sister for Christmas. I’ve dyed the pages, picked out the boiled and gutted them.....and was just sort of stumped on how to decorate them, and what to put in them. So I will be making some bags tonight! Thanks again!
This is such a wonderful series idea!! I loved this video and I will definitely be adding some of these bags to my stash! Can’t wait to learn more. Thanks for sharing!! 😊
You are amazingly productive! I just decided I want to clean out my studio and put things in cute little boxes in groups like you have. THANK YOU FOR ALL THIS INSPIRATION!

I’m happy your older videos pop up as suggestions. I was rather new to RUclips 2 years ago. And would have missed some treasures.
I save everything the tags from my children’s clothes, a art drawing they made me. a note a friend wrote everything I catch a lot of slack from my family about it ,but those things have brought me a lot of fun and joy! To me that is what is important! 😊

Oh Jan thank you SO much!!
Hi Natasa
These little baggies are really cute.
Sweet and simple! ....love it!...have a good day from New Braunfels, Texas.......😻
Can't wait to try these
Have fun!!
I just adore your videos. Thank you for sharing all these wonderful ideas. I made a good few baggies and they turned out great!
