I look forward to these monthly videos. I know exactly what was happening 6/2008. Im struggling to connect that with 10/22 or 3/23!
Look for similar patterns, emotions, and situations that revolve around what you experienced in 2008. What emotions were coming up for you in 6/2008? Even though it may not be the same experience in 10/22 or 3/23, the emotional patterns are relevant as well as your habitual patterns.
