The podcasts have been absolute gold. I've been dealing with some medical stuff recently, and while I've been out of commission I always keep different episodes of the podcast playing while I play games to kill the time.

im gonna be that sweaty nerd and say that Mega-Kangaskhan literaly made an entire meta, gen 6 you needed to run a Mega-kangaskhan team or a mega-kangaskhan counter team (wich was pretty dificult to do, cause he sweep teams as easily as he breaths)

The face that Jordan makes after asking his question, next to Jackson grimacing trying to understand it, opposite Zack and Peter laughing their asses off broke me this week. One of my favorite podcasts so far! Wish the episodes were on Apple podcasts but it's still the video I look forward to the most on Fridays here in the US
the podcast is so great. Your personalities always shine through so well in every video and get this much of them in a single video where you guys just converse casually about stuff and so fun little bits is just fantastic. Always a pleasure listening to these.

Nice podcast yet again! I especially love Jordan's questions. I would like to note that all flying ants are not queens. All worker ants are actually female and male ants have wings, look more like wasps and don't actually do any work. Queen ants do also have wings, but there are more male winged ants (as far as I know). After mating, the male ants die and the queen ants lose their wings. AntsCanada is a great channel if you are interested in ants! :)

Gotta say, I really liked the sharpedos segment, I'd love to see it again with other games and whatnot. Seems like a lot of creativity could stem from it. It could vary from designing a moveset for smash charecter that you really wanted or just making a new instrument or some shit. Thank you all for the work you put into this podcast
For Poppt1, there is a channel called Ants Canada that has over 2M subs. They have tutorials and a website to help people start a colony for ants. I suggest giving it a search

Okay okay guys: at about 14:20, Jackson jokes that Poppt's Pokemon will be called "ant." Considering the recording timeline of the Underdogs video, it's possible that this may be a reference to Jordan's presentation on why ants are the most powerful animal

Sharpedo Tank was a fire segment, if you leave it open for viewer submissions might I suggest making a Google doc so then us in the comments section without twitter or discord can put in ideas too. I was also thinking what if you had to create a new TYPE entirely, then make a Pokémon to go into that new type to add some SPICE to it. I was thinking something like Nuclear/Plasma Type, Demon type or Galaxy Type. Keep up the great work regardless!!

Pretty embarrassing one to explain to the GF mind you a few days ago I had to explain that I was watching grown adults play new-Wii-bowling in an actual bowling alley so it wasn't so bad.

It is said that this Pokémon was created when a young child put a fork in an outlet and was never seen again. It is argued that this Pokémon might be ghost type because they may contain human souls. The story of Dontduit is told to young children as a cautionary tale.

I believe ants is one of the few species that don't fight among themselves. So, if you present different ant types they won't fight but rather work together

There is in fact a reason why pokemon doesn't have a dolphin pokemon. Japan has a harsh history with them, they were often poached and treated poorly and nintendo don't want to risk the japanese government getting mad at them for highlighting it. Also love the vids guys :)
And the fact that dolphins themself are horrible animals

Peter's pokémon was making me think of a pelagornis: a very large, extinct albatross-esque bird with a wingspan well over 6 meters, and a serrated, toothed beak.
The idea of dynamically switching off one of its types is a cool concept, and thematically, with it leaving the water or the sky is clever. The names are great, too.
The closest pokémon I can think of is Morpeko and its Hangry/Full Belly Mode, which changes the type of the move Aura Wheel, depending on what mode it's in. That, or Galarian Stunfisk who can change its type based on the active terrain. Gen' 8 was excellent for interesting new types and abilities, and I hope Scarlet and Violet continue the trend.
