Lockdown:
of course, there's KJ's lockdown, but that works a bit differently in the sense that you need to get in range first, as well as that there's huge counter-play available. A raze nade can stop it, especially on Bind, orbital strike doesn't have that problem.

what would be an example of how you can get better value out of placing the sage wall when enemies are pushing and retaking other than the very niche TP example?
its's established that sages wall can be easily broken down if not placed before hand so I'm assuming he means to wall off hookah if sage hears movement sand or walling off garden when she hears sand.
As for a retaking B, I think sectioning off garden would be alright and retaking A walling off showers would suffice as well.
Can't think of any other ideas as of now.
I think neon is also good as her stuns can clear a lot of area & the speed is very strong
Ive never had to put someone at .75 speed to comprehend what they are saying
