Yes! Always! Pebbles and Dasher fight over the hay rack all of the time and they just sleep there. I’m surprised Dasher gets up there because she is 5 and a half years old. 💕
Thanx for sharing all your Piggie knowledge with us! Hey how about a video about how we piggie owners act when our Piggies are Stressing us Out!! Haha!
@@PiggiesWorld yes I am taming him it is working he is still lazy but he is more active in his cage and walks up to me when I got get his food and in four days I'm getting hi.m a buddy!!
It’s natural for them to hide especially when you first get them. They are more stressed when they don’t come out for things like food and don’t act curious
My guinea pig has been showing all oh these signs. I sometimes take him out of the cage to play, but could that be the reason why he is stressed? It might also be my friend making a lot of noise? I don't know, so can you help?
No definitely not! You definitely should be spending lots of time with your guinea pigs. This will help them get used to you and less stressed. Try to hand feed them in the cage, hold them while watching tv or something. Loud noises can definitely stress guinea pigs out. They have very sensitive ears and they are prey animals so they are easily spooked. I hope this helps!
JESSIE MELENDEZ that is probably it. Guinea pigs are herd animals and need to be with other piggies. They feel most comfortable if they’re with other piggies, so I highly recommend getting another guinea pig and bonding them properly. Good luck!

When my piggies started chewing on their cage wire, I would let them out for floor time. That always seemed to help them feel better.

JESSIE MELENDEZ do you have multiple guinea pigs or just one?
@@PiggieTime just 1
