      +@ErikaB88 -
Sorry! I forgot to put it in the description!
      Recipe:
      -4 cups redbud flowers
      -3 cups water
      -2 tablespoons lemon juice
-1 box fruit pectin (aka sure gel)
      -2.5 cups of sugar.
      -Collect 4 cups flowers.
-Boil water and pour in flowers. Mix and let steep at least 8 hours.
-strain out flowers and you're left with just tea.
-pour back into pot, add lemon juice and fruit pectin and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
-add sugar and bring back to a boil and boil for 1 minute again.
      -Pour into jars.
      -Waterbath can for 5 minutes.
      -Enjoy!

Did you rinse or “destem” the buds before steeping?

+@angelar209 Nope. That rinses out most of the nectar:) I don’t ever rinse any of my flowers for jellies. Worst case scenario- a few bugs get cooked but get strained out 😜
