A good blade. The handle is just a little uncomfortable. And yet it's pretty fast. I changed it to 729 yellow alts carbon. It is slightly slower, has a response in the handle, is more flexible and generally more pleasant, and the handle is more convenient. I also have 14 about inca, it is the fastest of the three and the most uncomfortable, strong boost and nonlinear acceleration. But after playing with a Chinese composite with Chinese overlays, I returned back to the classic wooden blade made in Europe and with European overlays.
I play with this blade with Hurricane 3 Neos both sides and it works wonders very good control and power over all Yinhe has pretty low price products but they are all high values when it comes to playing

I will say go with DHS PG7 for these rubbers as these rubber will work well with this blade Yinhe Y-13 is just a starter carbon blades for intermediate players The rubbers which you are using needs a great support and dhs PG7 will do the job and it comes around your budget

I use the same blade and have got best results out of it . I pasted yinhe jupiter 2 on my forehand and yinhe earth 2 on my backhand

Did you try Big Dipper rubber on this blade? I did, also good. But do not try Ak-47. It required power every shot, otherwise all balls out of table.
