Hi sir. May confusion lang Po Kase ako. Sa ibang discussion Po Kase Gaya Po ni Engr Marvin Miller Garcia sa RUclips channel nya Po . Dapat daw Po always I convert ang nominal interest sa effective interest . Meaning dpaat Yung I na gagamitin is ((1+0.08/2)^2)-1=0.0816. of you substitute it in the formula you will get 59,711.15 not 117,125.72

Hi! If you mean present value ng *ordinary annuity at present value ng annuity due, magkaiba sila ng formula.

Hello! Magiging annuity due lang siya kapag sinabi na yung investment is at the START of every year. If wala namang sinabi, by default na ordinary annuity ang gagamitin.
