Excellent. Chomsky’s analytic logic is keen and penetrating. I’ve had to listen to and read him extensively and repeatedly to understand his perspectives. This is not because his language is obscure-a problem with the majority of intellectuals/scholars-but because I have found that it requires an openness to questioning several fundamental assumptions I’ve operated on without awareness that they were created by people and are legitimately subject to examination.

Chomsky's knowledge of real history is only exceeded by his impeccable moral sense.

I appreciate the push for Chomsky to say something about ID politics....he, I think, is lowkey critical of what he sees in terms of how it contributes to movement sectarianism.
He's directed me to Vivek Chibber, and so, you, my friend, I as well recommend this.

His take on Id politics is myopic.

I thought in German all plural forms use the feminine article. Are they changing that also? Bc that would be sexist based on the logic you applied with students.

Chomsky disappoints. Id think someone as intelligent would understand the rabbit hole that is identity politics

Yes how funny. Good way to win over some comrades. Thinking people don't need you to state the obvious much less with ridicule.
